I bought a carpet from Jordans, I loved the carpet but it was not for my space. I thought and thought about it until my daughter suggested I call to express my feelings. They inmediately told me they could exchange it if I wasn't happy with my parchase. I did and got another carpet that fits my room just perfectly!
