Very poor customer service after we purchased furniture for the home. The owner was not willing to come see how the furniture wore after only a few years. They would not stand behind the products they sold us, and directed us to the manufacturer as they did not deal with them anymore. I would recommend purchasing from someone who will be there when you need help. Look at the pictures posted to see how a couch used for two years looks.

I received one of the armchair broken, anyway, but the only reason that I rated 5 stars was Mali. She helped us a lot when we're looking for our living and dining room furniture, she gave us some good ideas and was so patient to let us had a perfect choice finally. Thanks Mali for your support and also delicious cappuccino!

I purchased a sectional sofa and chair from Lalji. I was told the furniture would come in less than 60 days, however it took more than 100 days before they delivered it. Since receiving the furniture the couch has basically come apart - seams have ripped, there are threads everywhere, and the fabric is of such poor quality that it wrinkles like crazy with the slightest pressure. The purchases were all final sale, so I have no recourse on these issues. To top it off, we paid triple what every other furniture store in the area charges. The products are extremely overpriced for very poor quality and I will never shop here again.
