Capital City is an excellent facility with great coaches! They create a fun, but challenging team environment. It keeps you engaged and motivated. Clayton is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He has gone out of his way to work with me on techniques to improve my mobility, something I have previously struggled with.

I had quit CrossFit for six months after another gym had declared me a “lost cause” because I’m working out for weight loss. I decided to give this gym a try based on google reviews and I’m so glad that I did! Best gym in Edmonton hands down! Amazing staff, friendly members and I’m making so much progress. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get healthy!

This place is so great! Amazing community feel, coaching is great and super nice people! I was from out of town and came in to get a Workout in and I felt right at home! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is visiting Edmonton or just wanted to join crossfit!

My name is Kat and I started at CCA 5 months ago. I was extremely nervous to try Crossfit as I have never lifted any weights. My fears disappeared from day one when I met the coaches. They took the time to train and make sure the movements were done properly. Then there are the other athletes in the gym who I have met. Simply put, they are the most amazing and encouraging group to learn and grow with. CCA has truly changed my fitness world. I look and feel better then I ever have and I want to encourage everyone to check this place out.
