I absolutely LOVED this gym when I lived downtown. Going here is what really motivated me into going to the gym consistently. The free underground heated parking just by itself made it worth it. Loved the natural light and layout of the gym, it is very spacious. I never had any issues with the equipment here, the sauna and steam room were a great plus. Unfortunately, I don’t live in the area anymore and the drive there was a hassle but if I ever move downtown again there is no question I’m getting a membership here again.

Worst cleaned and maintained gym I’ve been to. Get a set of basic hand tools, maintain your equipment and clean the showers and sauna more than weekly.nnGym itself is fine, gets the job done. Location is convenient so it will always be at capacity and so there’s no love in this place.

the mens locker room is disgusting. The steam room is very nasty. it always smells like mold and BO. They need to scrub down the benches in the steam room and mop the floors because its disgusting in there. Theres mold on the wall and benches. The steam room should be cleaned daily and at this place i think it gets cleaned once a month.nthe mens locker room always smells bad with towels all over and dont make me mention the disguting showers.nIf goodlife does not step it up i will be switching over to archetype which is 100% cleaner.

The employees are usually quite friendly and helpful. I love the layout.nnBut!nnIt could be a better place if there was a way for the inexperienced customers to gain a little knowledge and stop disrespecting the place.nnFor example. Stop training your thumbs at peak times! Wipe your sweat/stank off the equipment when you're done with it. Clean up after yourself in the washroom. Also nobody cares that you can smash weights down on the machine. It's irritating and not good for the weights. It's only 60lbs.. tough guy.
