Very bad coustmer service from Harinder he even dont no anything specially deal with coutmers. I dont no why cibc hiring these kind of people.

This is my local bank but I have to goto the one at Bovaird and Airport, because the service in this bank is terrible due to staff shortage. I have spoken with Harjit Saini many times about why is there only two counters open every time I have visited their branch, her response has always been that the branch is not busy in the morning. I have pictures to prove that there were four people in line and only one person working at the counter, we waited fifteen minutes in line and then the rest of the staff showed up from the back and disappeared without helping anyone. The tellers at this bank are phenomenal and provide such great service, please please please hire more people or change your management.

Worst cibc branch staff don't want to their work always recommending everyone to do their stuff at atm machines do not deserve even 1 star
