Even though I have been recommended this place several times, I could never make it for some reason, though we did the takeaway biryani multiple times, and it has always been good to decent most of the times. No complaints.nBut what disappointed me was my first visit to the restaurant. Place was full, really good service and the staff was exceptional. It was the food which i was a little disappointed in. We didnt want to try biryani, so we ordered a couple starters, two curries and naan.nStarters were decent, nothing amazing. But the curries which we got were not good. I did tell the staff about it. Must have just been a bad daynRegardless i might give it another shot someday
We have been there twice previously but didn't take any pics or leave a review. This time, we went there specifically to celebrate a birthday. We got the Chicken65 wet as an appetizer and as usual, ordered the Chicken Pachi Mirchi biryani. This time we also decided to check a different biryani and ordered the Hyderabadi Goat Dum Biryani. Everything tasted sublime and we left with a smile on our faces. There is ample seating available although the parking spots in front of the restaurant can get filled up very quickly. This is a great place if you love your biryanis, especially the Hyderabadi versions, like we do.
Whenever we go there we find a seat to enjoyNot too much crowd . I have gone there twice one with group of 8 friends and next time it was two of us. We ordered something different this time like Idli which was soft and good. Next comes Rogan Gosh which was disappointing a bit. As you can in the video the piece was not that soft while few others were. Rogan Gosh is known for its meat which is soft. We also had biryani here which was good. Gulab Jamun was also good. Service is good and pricing is also okay.
An authentic Indian cuisine in Scarborough. They serves flavourful delicious Indian foods cooked to its perfection. They have a reasonable price and generous portion size. The interior has a charming ambiance. The restaurant sometimes gets super busy and waiting times get longer. But, the staff stood out with their excellent friendly services.
The place is mostly crowded at weekends. Service was a little slow but they made sure the food was made the way we wanted. We tried Chilli chicken & Chicken fried ricenBoth the dishes were really good.nFor Dessert we had a Milkcake which was pretty small for its price but worth the taste.
