The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere, and overall it feels like a very authentic Indian experience. The food was delicious, both Tandoori Chicken and Malai Tikka Kebab were so flavourful and tender the Tandoori Chicken probably still neeeded a bit of cooking time, but still delicious, same goes for the Paneer Biryani.nnOn the other hand, service needs to be a bit improved. For sure the servers were pretty busy, so I don't blame them, but, during our meal,we dropped a spoon, and asked for another one, but we never received it, shortly after we finished the water, asked for more and we ve been waiting 10+ minutes before we got a new bottle.nnWe had an issue with one of our dishes that somehow had an unwanted object that probably fell in during the cooking i in a restaurant, so i know this kind of things can happen in it. But the server was very kind and promptly replaced it.nnOverall positive, but a bit of extra care fixing these issues would be great.
Food was good. I ordered chicken lollipop and boneless chicken biryani. Quantity of chicken lollipop can be improved. For $16.99 I got only 4 pieces, whereas in other places they serve 6 pieces.nI was not at all happy with waitress. Staff is not welcoming. They looked like someone sucked out the energy from them. I went for dine in and on the table there was QR code which made me confused and I ordered from that. And as soon as the ordered food I got to know that QR code is only for take away order. I requested them to give the order for me to dine in as I informed them before they could even prepare food and they were so negligent about my request and I had to constantly request and after 5 minutes of making me argue with them they agreed and made faces.nI would recommend this restaurant for food but not for their customer service and engagement.
Such a bad experience i had in my whole life while eating on this restaurant I went there with my 3 friends we ordered butter paneer masala which was sweet as its having 1 kg of sugar in a bowl of it. However, we ate mutton masala which was much better than the rest of food. After this we ordered one masala dosa just to give one more chance to them in which they were still not good and the problem was its not having any spice just the boiled potatoes and then we talked to the supervisor on shift he was not apologising instead of that he was explaining us how the masala dosa tastes like as we all are from india and also from 4 of us 3 of us are working as a line cook in the fine dine restaurants. If someone is reading my review I am not going to suggest this restaurant to anyone. Also I attached the photos
Mutton biryani was so good.nI ordered double ka metha thinking it would be authentic as we get in Hyderabad, but it was flop. Just 4 pieces of fried normal bread with dry fruits. It was not even sweet. Desserts not recommended.
This is probably the best Hyderabadi biryani I've had in GTA yet. The flavours here felt spot on.nnWe came in on a busy night but still were accommodated swiftly. The servers were nice and upon ordering were surprised that the complete order arrived within minutes. Really enjoyed the biryani but dosa and chicken 65 which we had were really good too. My wife recently came here again and enjoyed the food too.nnWill certainly be back to try more.
