Amerispa Estérel Resort

Overall, the massage was decent and the massage therapists were super nice but not worth the price we payed. We booked 2 therapeutic massages to use with our $25 discount at the spa we received with our package. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season we were unable to apply the discount but thats not even the part that bothered us. When we went to pay, the price was at least $50 more than it says on the website. I had asked the receptionist who seemed very annoyed to begin with to show us where this new price came from. She scrolled all the way to the bottom of the website but nowhere does it indicate that this massage is now over $200 because it is the holidays. When I addressed the fact that it does not give an exact price, she answered us very rudely saying “oh well they are subject to change with no advisory.” Bottom line we would not have booked these massages if we knew we would be paying over $400 for 2 50 MINUTE massages. On top of all that, there was a mistake with the invoice and it is taking far too long to fix the problem, we were told by the end of today we would get the proper invoice because it is the holidays and we would like to submit the claim with the insurance before the holidays, the receptionist seemed like she really did not care and is very unhelpful overall still haven’t received the right one.Not impressed, not worth the money and will not be coming back here.

It was not my first time at Amerispa, and I can assure you that it is always a good time so far! During my visit at Esterel Resort last week, I went to Amerispa for the Elixir Ice Cider Exfoliation. This 50-min body treatment clear your skin of dead cells thanks to its light and silky purifying foaming scrub, which smells so good!! A nourishing modelage completes this treatment. Great, wholesome environment and beautiful view. My only downside was the pricing is steep for what you’re getting and the towel they give you that comes with the service is super thin. I ended up freezing my bum off because my towel was wet and no one was nearby to offer you another one.

First time and last time with Améri-spa.nReceptionist had an unwelcoming attitude, we were overcharged compared to what we were told over the phone when we booked our tandem masssage.nMassage room was bare and plain so little care, for such a high price we were expecting excellency, what we got was very far from it.nIf you are staying at Esterel I'd recommend booking your massage somewhere else.

It's a nice setup, massage was average for $140 for 50 minutes. The massage room itself was underwhelming. The waiting area is nice with a fireplace and a nice lake view. In person we booked massages for the next day and my partner requested a female. When we went in the next day, they hadn't made the note and only had male masseuses available so my partner decided to skip the massage.
