This store deserves a zero star rating. It's a completely a waste of time with absolutely no sense of customer care. It's just there to reap off your money. I left a TV box there for an update, paid straight away and was told it will take a couple of hours. Couple of hours turned into 24 hours and now I'm fighting to get my money back so I could have the job done elsewhere. It's not a good store for the community at all!

Lots of electronics and toys at reasonable prices. Most items are not your typical brand names, so if you're looking for something high quality, you probably won't find it here. Great place for cables, connectors and computer boards and parts, though. Check out their website for their flyers, they always have stuff on sale. The guys there are knowledgeable and very helpful.

I bought a 50 pack of blank DVDs here a couple of weeks ago. A store associate pointed at a shelf and handed me one. When I came home and opened it I immediately noticed those were CDs and not DVDs. A few days later I came to return or exchange them. That was Saturday and another guy at the store told me that he wasn't able to do anything for me because that's manager's responsibility, and he's there only on weekdays. This Tuesday I came again and the manager was not there. Nobody was going to exchange CDs or accept a return. That's a waste of my time and money. The store is a scam, I highly recommend to avoid it.

Good prices on a wide variety of electronics and related. If you are looking for something specific, This is not the right place for you, but if you are looking for good deal, there are always many products available at big discounts. One main drawback is the very poor return policy.

Very bad store sells damaged products and don't care about the customer. Do not care about warranty as you will only have extreme issues as this store does not try to help customers. Purchased an item got home and realized my product was defective. Went back was told a new one would be replaced in a few days and it's been close to 3 weeks and won't give me my product or return a refund as all they want is you to take other items and we tried but they where also defects. So don't go here save your hard earned money cause they are not a reliable retailer
