Cafe Select

Unassuming little cafe, friendly staff. I ordered the ramen for lunch, and it was really good. Very fresh tasting vegetables, tender beef cuts, rich shiro stock flavour couldn't tell if it was pork or beef, but it was delicious nonetheless. The noodles were springy and made in-house with care, and very tasty. A sensibly sized portion with the right amount of stock to solid ingredients; I ate it all happily.

Every item I've had from here has been great! Staff are super friendly too. I stopped in to buy a cookie which was awesome and saw a sticky bun thing on a plate. When I asked how much they were, she said that they don't sell them, but the kitchen just made them because it was her birthday. Then she gave one to me for free! Thanks!!

Don't be fooled by the exterior. Looks like a generic coffee shop but it's a Japanese noodle restaurant--family run. I've been back four times for the beef teriyaki. Home made noodles. Very flavourful. Friendly staff. Take-out option.

I live near the restaurant so I’m almost a regular. I usually have the jambalaya or the stirfry with chicken. Both are quite delicious and prepared quickly. You can eat in and usually listen to some delightful music or take out. A very nice family run restaurant. Recommend!

Clean little cafe with very good Ramen Noodles. Also had the west coast open face sandwich which was a bit weak. Two small slices of artisan bread with smoked salmon and avocado. Very tasty but pricey for the portion.

Actually this place deserves No Stars as it seems to no longer be open for business. Since the beginning of December 2018 there has been a hand-written sign posted inside the glass door which is illegible and indecipherable. It is now mid-January 2019 and the sign is still up and the place is still closed for business. No Stars for this noodle house as it seems to be permanently closed and thereby not reviewable. No posting on this site about the closure or on a website. Ugh.

So dropped in for a late lunch. Small cafe. Had the Egg Wrap which was fine - Thai steak salad was the other dish and that was very good

Had the thai steak and noodle salad, lots of flavor and very refreshing
