Just great! Food came out quickly, courtious customer service, they make their own chocolate sauce to use in the mochas, and gave my doggie a biggie big cookie! Delicious!

Great bakery in Oak Bay. They have great pastries and fantastic scones! We generally come here on weekends and they can be quite busy. They also sell a wide variety of cakes that i have never tried but i should! The venue has a large patio on the back that hosts lots of people

Love this place! You really can’t go wrong with any of the things you order. The chocolate cookies are amazing!! The matcha is also so good! Maya is amazing at making them! 100% would recommend!

the cakes are delicious would give five stars, but the web info and updated not same when in store. they also don't make special requests and for a big heavy dense cake that we bought father for birthday should have a more sturdy box and have at least one candle to provide

I really enjoyed my visit, we sat on the back patio, a very nice spot, the coffee was very enjoyable and hit the spot and the chocolate caramel tart was to die for... friendly quick service, they even brought the items to the table.. even considering how busy they where...

I love the food and treats here but I’ve been disappointed with the customer service lately. I’ve worked in the food service industry for years and I’ve always been taught not like it needed teaching to show my appreciation for customers and accommodate their wishes above everything else. I always make a point to be kind and gracious when I go in because I know how hard it can be, especially when it’s busy, but I never receive any sort of pleasantries in return. It’s a small thing but it really makes a world of difference.

This is one of my favourite places for coffee and lunch or a snack in Oak Bay! Fabulous Americanos, and they offer Splenda which I greatly appreciate, as well as every dairy alternative you could want. They have amazing food I'm a big fan of their pesto grilled cheese pinini and samosa buns. I've never actually tried their cakes for order but they are beautiful!

They don't have a microwave so they can't heat up your pastries. The coffee was good but had to eat my muffin cold
