Was rushed through the drive thru when no one else was in line and the store was empty, poor customer service, and the chicken sandwich I ordered was slapped together and covered in sauce. Very disappointed. Not even worth going back to this location. The manager of this store should learn how to teach these kids customer service and how to make a sandwich.
If I could rate it a 0 I absolutely would. Horrible customer service, sat in the drivethru for over 20 mins to just get the WRONG food. Go back in to fix my order, no apology, no straw, they took the wrong order and put the food in someone else's bag. I'm not sick but that could have been horribly wrong if I was it's a disgusting place. And they have horrible customer service. I will not be going back to this BK. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.
Was ordered with no onions because i am highly allergic to onions. It’s clearly crossed off but there’s onions on the sandwich. Now, I can’t eat it and had to swap meals with my boyfriend when this was all I wanted. Thanks.
Friendly staff, asked for fresh hot food and BAM I got it, no hassles! Might have to go to this BK only from now on.
I go to a lot of fast food restaurants as I travel for work,the staff there went out of there way to fulfill my order ,nice clean and quiet.
Service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's excellent and sometimes you have to go through the line 3 times because they didn't put chicken on your sandwich and forgot to give you straws.Food: 5/5
Always fresh food and I never miss anything from my orders. Also I love how marysville establishments really focus on a good customer service experience. A greeting and a smile goes a long way
We love going to Greektown casino at least 2 times a month. We always stay the night because we are 1 1/2 hours away. Always nice rooms. I haven't had many winnings in last couple of months.
I was surprised the restaurant was clean as the board of health not only was the service fast but you got a friendly smile and piping hot food that look better in real life than on the photo of the menu. That's what I call good service.
This is my Favorite Burger King! They are friendly, fast and have never gotten my order wrong! Food is always fresh and hot! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
