They advertise a $20 fill ‘er up bucket but when you get there they have a$24 bucket and a $30 bucket. Even after showing them their own website they say they don’t have it. I finally paid $30 for the $20 bucket. It used to be called “bait and switch” in fact it still is.

I got a tenders meal the fries were soggy and similar in texture to chewing leather. The chicken tasted old, boyfriend got a famous bowl and the chicken on that tasted old

Chicken sandwich is bomb. The fries are saltier than a salt lamp sometimes but just ask for no salt/lightly salted & it's pretty good.

This is ridiculous. We ordered 8 biscuits. The girl getting our food even double checked and asked how many. They short us on biscuits almost every time. Tonight we got one biscuit.

Why a 3? cuz the Colonel chicken sandwich is underwhelming thats why. So tiny. The commercial made it look huge....so disappointed. Tasted good though. Just expected more of it.

Worst experience ever, no hi no nothing she shoved her hand out the window with the chip reader took my money an didn’t say a word to me. Think you guys need to re train an get new staff store is falling apart used to be better but has gotten worse
