As soon as we walked in we were seated. The place was packed full of families. It was 5:30-6:00 p.m. on a Friday. I wanted to order Chili and sweet potatoes and was told 20-25 minutes later that they ran out of Chili so I decided to get the Cheesy Fondue Cheeseburger with Zucchini Fries. I got my food 20 or so minutes after my son and husband got their food. My son's food was cold to the touch. I always check for food temperature since I have worked in restaurants before it's just something I do naturally. My husband's food was cold as well. The manager did apologize that they ran out of chili he was very professional and courteous. Our waiter was charming and very attentive. We did receive bottomless lemonade. When I did get my food it was hot. The restaurant general manager did offer up dessert on the house. The customer service was exceptional. But the food was very cold for the rest of my family. I also noticed that the place was extremely crowded and wasn't following Covid-19 6 feet apart wasn't being practiced at this establishment. There were people at every single table with no space between families. By the time I was halfway eating I was ready to go it was so busy crowded and loud. But overall the customer service was the best so far in 2021. I just wish the waiters would bring food out as soon as it hits the plate not waiting on other plates for the same table just bring the food out hot. It's important to keep food hot and not in the danger zone of food safety. 5 stars for customer service attitude but the food coming out was cold. 2 stars for food quality and safety. I am just being honest.
We were seated almost immediately. The service was slow but not more than everywhere these days. The burgers were ordered well done but came pink in the middle. I had the Royal Red Robin burger and the white of the egg was dripping all over my fries. I ordered the beer cheese and it tasted good but was so small I won’t order it again. The first fries were cold and small, the second fries were delicious #secondfriesfirst
I got the pig out double on gluten free bun. It looked so pretty I have to take a pic! Food was hot and delicious. It was a bit of a wait to get our orders taken, but our server was very kind and professional and thanked us for our patience. The food came out very fast!
This place is Awesome! I always have a blast here. The food is awesome for the cost. If you want a good time, every time, sit at the bar and speak to Hannah....she will have you laughing and you will have fun every time she is working! The drinks are fresh and super tasty! There is a reason you will say YUMMMM when you visit this Red Robin!
They got the best fries. We were on the road and grab the food. Took a little longer than expected 30 mins but we checked out Costco near by in that time.
Absolutely unacceptable. Tonight my family placed an order for two overpriced pizzas from Donatos through UberEats. After placing the order, we realized this was coming from Red Robin and we decided to give it a shot. Over two hours later we finally were delivered two cold, disgraceful looking pizzas. At first we were told the pizzas were waiting on the driver. Then we were told the driver was waiting on the pizzas because of the “dinner rush.” Nevertheless, this was the worst experience we’ve ever had through UberEats and Red Robin. I definitely don’t ever recommend ordering pizza from a burger place because you will be embarrassed to receive the most unassuming, square pieces of cardboard to serve your family.
We came to dine in, there was no one up front we waited a bit, watched employees juat look at us, until the hostess showed up, she said she had to check the dining room and would be right back. While we waited, we had a clear view of the kitchen. There were 2 or so employees throwing food at each other while they worked on customers' food. When the hostess came back, we said we changed our mind due to them throwing food. I get there are staffing issues everywhere, but this is completely unacceptable. And this is not the first time we have had issues at this location, it's like it's been ran by all high schoolers.

It was a little crowded but totally understandable! Kaitlyn was our server and she had long brown hair and a sunflower ponytail. She did a great job with us and she was very good about checking on us! The restroom was very clean and tidy. The food was amazing as well! Thank you red robin for a great dinner experience!Food: 5/5
