Applebee's Grill + Bar

The waiter was a great and chill guy. Applebee's is also open until 1 am on Saturdays which is a plus. We decided to split some appetizers instead of getting meals. The French fries were kinda soggy, and the French onion soup lacked much flavor. French onion is my specialty and I can say for sure that this one is on the lower rungs in terms of quality. Mozz sticks were good and the marinara had nice flavor. The blue ribbon brownie was very good, warm and chocolatey.. Don't get the exclusive flavor of mountain dew.. That's a big swing and a miss

Date night complete, the food is phenominal, the service was great and the ambiance is all there. No complaints. Seriously.

Usually pretty good. Asked for some napkins from the manager. He said absolutely and then didn't do a thing. Food was under par and cold. Service was slow. Now I understand that they were understaffed. But seriously, it was the worst service that I ever had at this place. On top of that, they put extra drinks on my check.Food: 3/5

The wait time was really not cool! The fact that there was a clear lack of communication between the cook, Manger and waitress was unbelievable.. The amount of food they were out of. Our waitress was amazing.she truly felt bad.. Her tip showed our appreciation for her .

Our waiter was super nice, but the food took forever to arrive when the restaurant wasn't even close to full. The food quality has definitely gone down throughout the years, and it's very overpriced for what you receive. During this visit, all of our meals had small, overcooked portions that were lacking in flavor. On the flip side, my french fries were SO overly salted and seasoned that they were inedible. Applebee's definitely needs an overhaul, or I could see them shutting down eventually.

Although our order wasn’t the greatest Our waitress KRISSY WAS AWESOME!!!! very attentive to our table and ever table I seen her help. Very apologetic and accommodating.The manager fix things right away. Very good customer service! Kid-friendliness: Very attentive to my kids and took there orders as though they was big little people!

We waited over 25 min to get our drinks and asked that our salads come before meal but it all came at once... At least we didn't spend more than we did... As we would have had a few drinks if they were served quicker. We actually almost left because of being ignored. The food was great! The 2 stars is for service and would actually lower it to 1 but the food was good so it is 2. Service is important!

Miss Vernita was very accommodating. Was one of the best managers caring listen to my needs and fix everything that was wrong and made me feel like I would definitely want to come back. she made me feel like I was home.Thank you very much we will definitely becoming back. Hope to see you soon. Kid-friendliness: Kids were happy and not crying which is always plus when you go out. Parking: It was easy in and out to our next destination

Update: We decided to come in tonight and give Applebee's another try. Our experience was so much better. Our waiter was awesome and made us feel welcome. He knew what customer service is. Thank you for giving ea better experience tonight! Very disappointing....We tried coming in for dinner but ended up leaving. We were told 15 minute wait time. We stood there longer. There were also at least 5 empty tables. The wait staff were making people with more than 2 in their party wait. If there was only 2 in a party, they were almost immediately seated. Not sure we'd return to this location.

We purchased two steak dinners on March 4, 2023 to be delivered on my birthday. And they completely messed up the order. They ruined our steak by overcooking to well done when I had asked for rare!! And it and wrong toppings!!!. All the food was messy and sloppy and cold and very over done. The worst steaks we have ever had from Applebee’s!!! They should fire the cook!
