Just came back from there and countless times I let it slip but this time I can't...... I'm always getting ripped off on either the burger not having two patties or something is missing. Today...... Just a quick order super fast , zero eye contact okay cool I get it but once I got home Trusting the franchise lol two large fries and I got was a large fry container but looked liked someone had literally took handful out of each... Why McDonald's do this especially here man I wish they had the service right
Sweet tea is never sweet. Every time we go we have to come back or get a new one. Service is spotty. They have some decent employees and some just hate life altogether and take it out on the customer. Only local one so unfortunately i have to come here because my child likes the ice cream conesFood: 3/5
Placed a mobile order and opted for inside pickup since the drive thru line was really long. Headed to the mobile pickup thinking it'd be ready or would only have to wait a minute or so. I was dead wrong. Waited 25 minutes for two orders of fries, 2 iced coffees, and one hot coffee. There are a ton of employees, so I'm not sure why it took so long. Also there was someone who was passed out or maybe just sleeping in one of the booths...
I just left there with my son. Just wanted to redeem his free happy meal and the chunky Caucasian lady was extremely rude to us. Charging us for items we did not order, then saying "you're not getting a chocolate milk". Horrible management skills, will not be returning!!!!!Food: 4/5

I pass for drive thru the lady take my order wrong and she was really rude, I co.e to the window and the guy there repeats my order and fixed it as soon as I arrive to the second window they move me to the front take 3 more minutes to take my order and was wrong. I come inside and the person who took my order and the lady bagging just ignore me, I have to wait 4 more minutes before they decide to come help me I would like mentione 1 of the cooks tell the lady bagging that I was in the front and she still didnt come to help me, she finally came so I explained to her what was wrong and after she comunícates with the kitchen she came back telling me shes going to bring the refund to me because take 10 minutes to cook the eggs how can I explain to this lady that I worked4 years for Macdonalds as manager so I let her know I don't want the refund that I need the food and it should'nt take that long when cooking eggs it just takes 150 seconds that's just 21/2 minutes. Latina Manager came to help and she was a bit nicer but still really disappointed I explain to her the situation and still makes me wait 10 min while I was waiting I saw how the lady bagging and the lady who took my order was making funny of me and they got support from the asían manager really rude too. The customer service is horrible hopefully other McDonald's open soon in the area because this store doesn't care about they service and about business. I cross my fingers to some person in charge takes care of their performance. We can all make mistakes but the but what matter ID how u fix it.
This was the most unorganized McDonald's I've ever been to they got our order wrong they had a guy come through the drive-thru of his order was wrong very difficult to use the restroom you have to show your receipt. No apology from employees when they mess up your order. Don't go hereFood: 1/5
3rd time I've had a bad experience here at this location! I stop here often, drive thru always seems to be pretty busy. Order was wrong twice, now I check before I leave, shouldn't have to, I pass through here. 1 time my order was picked up by a delivery service while I patiently waited. Finally I asked and they said omg I thi k the driver took it. So they remade my order, just had to wait again. This last time, today I stop in, I asked to use the restroom before I ordered, long drive had to go. Nope they want a receipt before they will open the door. I asked multiple times, stating I really had to go and will order after, nope, sorry not without a receipt. Absolutely ridiculous, nothing stating these rules on front door or restroom door/lobby. Two people assured me it was the rules.
My order was beyond simple. I got a number 2, 20 piece chicken nuggets, and a large fri. They didn't give me my Fri or the sauce for my chicken nuggets and I know some people are fine with chicken nuggets plain but for me the sweet and sour is the best part. So disappointed.
