Everything was fresh and steamy; the portion size was huge. If I didn't live an hour away they'd have to roll me out the door. Then guys behind the counter were so politely and funny too!
I eat in Qdoba almost every day. Usually in Lynwood or Mill Creek. Today I had to come for lunch in Qdoba Marysville. It was the biggest mistake. Person on the front was rude. Toppings weren’t fill up. When I asked for corn, she gave me quarter of spoon, bc there wasn’t more. I asked if I can have some moremaybe they have on the back or something, and she found 5 more pieces in that container and put it in my bowl. Same with pico. I love Qdoba and I usually satisfied with service, but not today. I’m sad I didn’t go to chipotle, which is across the street.
Well I used to love this Qdoba but I’m so over going here! The staff is rude and they don’t pay attention to customers. It is like they are in their own dang world. Every online order I get is messed up and they skimp on their ingredients! I always get nachos and they put no cheese in there and seriously like 3 pieces of pork! I have ingredients missing and even write them or do customer surveys asking to be replied to and nothing. You must order in the restaurant and even when you do so be sure to watch them and ask for more since they barley give you anything! I’m done going here and sticking to chipotle for sure. Sad used to really enjoy this Qdoba.
I wanted to share my appreciation for outstanding service at your restaurant today. A young blonde woman in a grey shirt helped me with my curbside order and she was exceptional. I decided to go inside to pick up my food and she was putting it together when I arrived. She courteously asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited and suggested I could wait in my car and she would bring it out when ready. She promptly brought it out in the freezing rain, running up to my vehicle. I wish I knew her name so I could give her kudos in this review. Thank you for the great food and great service today!
Nothing but positive things to say about Qdoba. Food is always good and you always know what you’re getting. This particular location can get kind of busy so I recommend using the app and ordering ahead of time. The staff is always friendly even though sometimes are understaffed. But the food is good, the restaurant is clean and it’s usually pretty quick to get your food.
Portion sizes vary from good to needing to ask for a bit more when preparing but the food tastes good nonetheless. Meats are seasoned good and there's a fair amount of options for addons. Inside has been fairly clean the few times a dined inside and the staff have been easygoing from what I've witnessed.
This location is horrible. Went in last week and my husband and I ordered our usual 2 burritos and a fountain drink and this is the 3RD TIME IN A ROW, they've sold us a fountain drink without mentioning that there were ZERO options available except diet drinks and water. the first time it happened, I was annoyed but dealt with it. Second time it happened, I mentioned they were out and nothing was done. The most recent time, I told them that if this is going to be an ongoing occurrence, they really should notify customers that the selection is very limited before charging them for a cup and letting them think that the usual options are available. The lady at the front then said that she would change it out. After waiting 10 minutes and more than halfway through our food, my husband asked for one of the bottled sodas and instead, the lady said that she would give us a refund on our drink. I went up and asked why it was never changed out and she didn't have an answer. I then asked why this is an ongoing issue and she didn't have an answer for that either. The service has never been amazing and everything about this location is bad. Not to mention, half the time they can't even roll a burrito! I have to eat it like a typewriter while holding each end together or eat with a fork. It's ridiculous. We love Qdoba but not this location
Good food, zesty, spicy. The store itself could be a bit more tidy but whatever not bad. Keep it up because we'll be back Parking: Plenty, easy Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entrance and dining options
I understand if you didn’t get a delivery in for some of your items, and it is not the fault of the employees working the front desk, but if you can’t provide the ingredients for 1/3 of the meal you are selling then you either discount it or don’t sell it. Spending 11 dollars for a bowl of mostly sauce and rice is not appropriate.
This Qdoba is the worst I've ever been too. At 2:30 in the afternoon their out of half the ingredients, requires exact change, and makes up their own hours! Don't go expecting to get what you want or anything close. Staff also really don't care about the customers
