My boyfriend and I planned to eat after he got off work at 11 pm. We both were excited to relax and enjoy our food. When he got back we opened up our food, and everything was lacking. The fries were not filled all the way and didn’t have the seasoning they usually do, and they were cold. Why even get the nacho fries if they don’t even have the correct seasoning? I can get plain fries elsewhere. The nacho fries with steak and beans looked pitiful pictured. There were at most 2 pieces of meat and hardly any fries. No seasoning on them either. The burritos were lacking meat and looked like they were hardly filled. I understand if you don’t like your job, or would rather spend time at home during the holiday season. But this food is a treat for us and we’d appreciate if the food was prepared correctly, that’s why we go. I feel bad that he paid for this.
The GM and team here were great. They rectified an issue I had with the Taco Bell location off of Route 31. The team here at the Delaware Ave location are a much better team and more pleasant than there partner store. I will drive to this store everytime now. Thank you.
Very inconsistent order accuracy. The quality and correctness of your order is often times a coin flip. Online ordering is easy though and I've yet to have a vad experience when doing that instead.Food: 5/5

This is how I received my pizza today, and my drink was not full. I am really disappointed. I do not want sauce packs that God only knows who touched, them on my food. I didn't have time to go back and can't eat the pizza.
If you know Taco bell, you know the type of Mexican food you will be receiving. This store is no different. That's exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly through the drive-thru and were expeditious in getting my food. If I'm ever in the neighborhood again I will stop by this location.Food: 5/5

I got a large family meal and it was rancid I took it back and Miss Louis put me down in the book for a meal the same when I got and said it's in their permanently so I went in there to retrieve it and they refused me because Ms Lois doesn't work there anymore and claimed that they can't give me a full man family meal and can't find my name in the book right my family and I and everybody I know from Honda and anywhere else I'm going to tell what happened cuz we were all involved in that meal very sad
Food is good but the drinks suck. The unsweetened tea taste nothing like tea and the pop doesn't taste fresh or like the drink you orderFood: 4/5
Not gonna lie this place is a hit or a miss but when it's on point it's amazing! Just depends on who's working but I always give em another chance lol.Food: 4/5
