Only place I’ve been to that has tweakers working nights and they can’t pump food out. Literally the smallest orders are taking them 15 minutes and the shift lead is obviously on dope. Got nothing but attitude and blame the management for the wait rather than they accept their bad work ethic. Food was Luke warm, they butchered my children’s meal. Absolutely horrendous I’d rather eat cold wet dog food at this point.
We were there Saturday 4/1, the girl who took orders was SWAMPED! Poor thing, cars were lined up and she was so great at running food out to cars and back in to take orders and repeat! I didn't get her name but she has a long ponytail and is super great at her job. Thank you for being such a great employee.Food: 5/5
Food was good, but took forever. Wasn't as hot as i expected with the wait. The worker did not speak to me at all though. Not 1 word. I saw him taking inside to others, but i have to ask to confirm total, all I got was a head nod my. Was rather off putting bc i tried to get him to engage. Felt he was rude.Food: 3/5
Went through drive thru and "manager" was under a little pressure and couldn't perform under those conditions... Bummer... Wouldn't substitute fries and called the law on me, flipped me off, and lost his cool when I didn't understand how come he was under stricted orders not to substitute and fries or onion rings apparently the sides come in as package deals and substituting fries messes up everything sounds stupid I know... Got the video though
Food was disgusting egg rolls were burnt fries were half full and were supposed to be curly but as you can see they were regular all of our 6 tacos we broken. None of our sour sour Jack's were butterd when they where toasted then we got your new special sandwich on sourdough with the onion ring and bbq sauce on it but you were out of onion ring and the sandwich was torn to pieces as you can see....and then your store was out of all dark soda onion rings ranch and milk shakes taco sauce apparently taco packaging becouse my becouse were put in fajita bags 2 at a time... and then you drive thru person was putting his fingers ing my drink cup spilled stuff all over my cup and gave it to me dripping wet.....I worked for this Jack in the box before I know things get busy but it was not busy at this time I tried to call the phone was off the hook
Consistently perfect on my order. Never had a mistake. Eat here about every 2 weeks for the past few years. If you want fast food, I recommend this Jack n the box.Food: 5/5
Would be nice if there was some signage on speakers saying they was down for system updates. Plus, rude cashier when expressing our displeasure and telling us to get a job or go elsewhere.Service: 1/5
It's Jack. The food is a hit or miss. When it's good, it's amazing, when it's not it's meh. Depends on who's working. Half the time they mess up my tacos or forget our French fries. I'll always go back though regardless.Food: 4/5
Hello ..I had called about 3 or 4 minutes ago and one of ur employees answered the phone it was a female and she was really rude n just hung up on me so I'd appreciate it if you can take care of that situation that's not how they treat there customers that is not professional
Anytime I stop by later at night, around 2-5 am, I’m always told “sorry I’m not taking any orders right now”. I’m not sure if they are cleaning or simply refusing service even though they are supposed to be open 24/7. Super disappointing.
