Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give zero I would. I’m beyond livid. The people working here give zero F’s about food quality. They slop everything together. So when I got home and lifted my bag The whole bottom was soaked. So all of its contents went all over me and my car. I live in the country. So I had to make a special trip to town to get this food. So now I’m out food and gas and I’m gonna have to clean my car.

I just ordered a bowl and the amount of hot sauce that the guy put on it was not normal. I couldn’t even finish my bowl, I barely touched it. In top of that they put very little rice and beans and they didn’t have lettuce but that’s fine. I’m mad because of the insane amount of hot sauce and very little amount of rice and beans. This is not the first time that I have problems with this chipotle. I would like someone give me a solution. Thank you

Manager and staff are friendly, generous portions. As a gluten-free big eater, I love how I never leave hungry, with fresh, healthy food. Manager always makes a point to greet his regulars. Well done, Marysville Chipotle!!

I felt really bad for the cashier and the guy making the burritos. The cashier was trying to keep everything going smoothly by ringing everyone up and cleaning up tables and the guy making the burritos was non stop with customers meanwhile their was a guy that was just walking about doing nothing just distracting both of them truly upsetting to see the guy making burritos hands shaking because he was so overwhelmed. The dude just standing around needs fired while the good employees need more help.

This Chipotle is just way too small for this town and the business they receive. I frequent this location, not as much as before. Quality of product is not always fresh, store is not clean, and always out of products from salsa, meats, and vinaigrette dressing or chips. This location needs to get the right management in this location and turn it around. Better off going to Dublin for Chipotle.

Went inside to order food for me and my two children and the place was like a dumpster fire with the staff running everywhere like chickens without heads. The counter was so disgusting I didn’t even want to get a burrito anymore, to even get to order you have to stand in a line for 30 minutes only to be met with rude staff. I can’t even order online because when you do that you don’t even get the food you pay for, when you complain they’ll just give you a number to “customer service” that’ll take three days to even get you a refund. This place has horrible management, horrible staff, horrible sanitation and horrible food if you’re lucky enough to go at a time where they have anything you want. I’ll now be taking the extra 20 minutes to drive to the chipotle in Dublin where the food is much better, the store is much cleaner and the staff is much nicer. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Mobile order. Legit gave my kid a black orange. The vinaigrette was so bad. Way too much vinegar. My burrito was so small. Idk what's going on but it was bad.Food: 1/5

Came in to get a quesadilla. Was told that I couldn’t order that at the counter and had to do it online. Had to wait 15 minutes because the online order could only be scheduled 15 minutes out. Idiocracy at this place, won’t be back. Well there’s more, got to the car and the quesadilla only had 2 pieces; looked like the kid size but cost $12. Oh and the chips were under fried and chewy. What a terrible experience.

Truthfully, one of the smallest locations I've ever been too.. but they keep the place clean. I typically do online order to pick up, and they are always ready on time, and made correctly.Food: 5/5

They NEVER. give me and my boyfriend extra rice. We usually have to ask them 3 times to put enough rice in our bowls. Today we weren't able to do that as we ordered online and had someone pick it up for us. Seriously, you call this extra?
