Carline Brake & Muffler

I've used Greg at Carline exclusively for about 5 years. I have never been dissapointed. Ive sent over my friends and customers there as well and constantly get good feedback. I will continue to use them and i recommend them to anyone

I took my Dodge Caravan in for a brake job and wasn't happy with the way they felt afterwards. Greg took it out for a test drive and saw what I was talking about. He upgraded the pads with ceramic ones free of charge and made sure I was satisfied. He does good work at a fair price. I will keep coming back here for sure.

I followed my friend to check out the and workshop where he serviced the car for some mechanical problem which he cannot understand. It was alright until Greg started talking after we told him how we felt about the condition of the car.He got impatient immediately and asked us to "go away, I dont want to talk to you "!! What !??? He took down our number and said he said he will call us back when its done, which he did not! We came back after coffee and found our car parked at the side road. We went in and enquired what was the problem and he said" no problem, i just changed the oil". When we asked him further he appeared agitated and said he dosent know. "Dont talk to me , please dont come back! " and he pointed to me and said" i do not want to talk to you" Well, i will just reserve my comments on such behaviour( much less about customer service!) to a client. When i looked at the other review, i detect a sense of a discrimination ( because we are Asians?) . We pay good money and felt that the customer should be at least reciprocated with a responsible diagnosis of the car we sent for service. At the end of it, we went none the wiser! Would we go back? You bet! And i will tell all my friends in the area ( so that they will not face this kind of abusive verbal assault!. I am only a visitor to this country for a few weeks and was simply amazed at the fantastic hospitality and friendliness of various people in other trades( Cosco, Home Deport, Walmart etc) and was shocked beyond belief that a family owed enterprise should choose to behave in this manner! Well it his choice and I am glad that I really do not have to go back there! Ha ha! I think he might have bad days , all the time and i was told that he is like that !!! Good luck to his clients! Fast, great reliable work and a honest mechanics. Got alot of work done from these guys and I would recommend them any day.
