Bert's Automotive Transmissions

I don't often write reviews unless places really piss me off. But this is the exact opposite Normally I don't take my trucks to mechanics unless I have to (I do my own work as much as I can). But I was physically un able to work on my truck and was recommended Dominick at berts automotive. He diagnosed my transmission issue, called me with an honest opinion before I gave the go ahead to continue with the repairs. The price was more than fair. Never did he try to up sale me stuff or feed my phony info If your looking for an honest reliable mechanic, look no further.

I never do this. Write reviews about my experiences but this time I felt I just had to! Domenic, the owner of Bert's is such a kind,, honest & gentle soul! I had such a huge issue with my car and he came recommended to me by another mechanic and from the moment I took my car to him I felt like I was in good hands! He was so honest with me right from the beginning and took the time to explain things to me. When he couldn't fix my car because of time constraints he went out of his way to find me another location in Surrey who would do the job and then he towed my car to them. During the whole process he kept in touch with me to keep me informed as to what was going on and he even picked up my car and drove it back to his location for me to pick up! I am so amazed and pleased that there are still good people out there who go out of there way for you! My whole experience with Bert's has been so positive I would not hesitate in recommending them ever! Know that you are in good hands with Domenic!

Dominic the owner at Bert's is easily the most professional, honest, and fair mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was recommended to me by another transmission tech in the area who didn't have time. Dominic although super busy found a a way to not only fit me in but get my truck done in an extremely timely matter. In addition to that upon test drive he found another little issue and knowing I planned on driving the truck away that day fixed it. This guy is the best. If I lived in Canada I wouldn't go anywhere else for transmission related issues. Thanks a ton Dominic!

I am extremely glad I stumbled about Bert's Automotive Transmission in Poco. I have an '08 Ford Ranger and the clutch went. I called around, and he had the best price by a fair margin, provided excellent service, and most importantly, stood by his work when I had a minor subsequent problem with my clutch pedal a few weeks later. First rate, all round. Dominik is a gem, and he's going to get my business in the future.

Dominick is hands down the best driveline guy I have ever come across. Every time I've been to his shop the service is surpassed and he always breaks down the issues and let's you know your options. I recommend him to everyone.
