Drayden Insurance & Registries

This is my registry of choice. They are pretty quick moving and very knowledgeable. My son has done his learners test there and they we’re excellent and fun. Almost ideal as a registry.

I'd like to start off by saying I've delt with several registry type places from here to Ontario. The staff that works here are extremely quick, frindly and knowledgeable. They provide amazing, timely, service with a smile. Some fast food staff could learn from these peoples. I look forward to returning here.

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff at this location. From the front end tellers to the trainers, it felt like they actually wanted to be there. Their new location is also beautiful.

I went to renew my license and update address, and gave St. Albert Utility bill as my residence proof. Lady entered wrong city “Edmonton” instead of “St Albert” into the system while in BIG BOLD letters it says St Albert, and I have been asked to “PAY AGAIN” to correct the error even though it wasn’t my mistake fully. I was upset and walked out, and later came back as I need my license anyways and realized it was my partial mistake as well. When I entered into the registry that lady’s colleague in a loud voice said “U HAVE HER AGAIN”, and that doesnt sound courteous. It was so rude tone even when no ATTENTION TO DETAIL has been given by the staff while input the data in the system and made people suffer double time and money. I believe I wont ever go to this registry and deal with non-courteous staff.

I have been dealing with Japheth Beaty to get my auto and tenant insurance policies moved over from my old broker to Drayden Insurance. He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and is extremely helpful. He is always willing to answer any questions I may have and works hard to get me the best discount I can possibly get. I look forward to doing my business with Drayden and Japheth in the future!
