I was just at Lloyd Sadd speaking with the receptionist who was so amazing by the way when one of your staff members I believe her name is Vanessa walked by and threw a stack of mail at her without saying anything and then continued to walk away. I stood there in disbelief that another employee of your company would treat someone like that especially in front of a potential client. I am disgusted by this employees behavior. In no way is it acceptable to throw a stack of mail at someone in such an angry way. That is rude and disrespectful. Needless to say if you have employees working there that treat others like that imagine how they would treat their clients.

Called 5 times in the course of 3 weeks to get a quote and left voicemails for 2 separate people, never had a call returned.
