I placed an order online with a delivery date selected for September 30 which is the day I move into the address the person who answers the phone there called me the day after and kept saying the delivery will be September 2, which I repeatedly said no it has to be September 30. So I get a text today saying it would be delivered on September 2, so I call and they have a very hard time understanding what I mean. So I get on the website and chat with someone who knew what they were doing and set it to September 30, which I was provide confirmation of. So I think great all sorted, then the person from the store calls me again, no matter how much I tried to explain I don't like there ATM, they just never seemed to clue in to what I was trying to say. The person who answers the phone could learn a thing or two about common sense, never in my life have I had such a terrible experience.
I'm giving two stars only because the salesman was good but the after service for changing my order was a nightmare. Every single time I speak to someone, they make me feel as if its solved the issue but then when I call back for an update, they tell me the issue was never resolved, so I have to restart the process. The internal communication within their team is not good at all, a complete headache.
In 6 years of living in Canada, I've received the worst service experience ever. The delivery team complained about the size of my house's door, removed it, and then refused to put it back because I haven't measured it before. Note, nowhere on TheBrick's site is stated that I have to measure the house's door. In all previous purchases, the delivery team removed the doors of the fridge with no issues. This time, the guy complained back-to-back. Terrible experience. I hope they understand that there are many options out there, they lost one customer who may influence others as well.
Never again!!! I am writing on behalf of my daughter i have been shopping at brick since 2004 we furnished 3 houses but now finished for life. Do not ask for the store manager he told the person at the service he was to busy please come back another day. The store is emply we went for nothing,we felt so bad. Next time we go they said ask for francis that is the managers name. I am never going back. The store changed. It's empty and there is no service.STAY AWAY!!!!! at all costs.
Worst after sale service I have ever seen. I bought a set of washer and dryer. The salesman told me they would pick up my old ones at delivery. They ended up only delivering the washer because the dryer was back ordered it’s fine, it’s happens but the delivery person told me it’s not written on their order to pick the old one, but mentioned it happens s lot that the salesman forget to put it on the order.I was not happy and called Brick. They said it was most likely the salesman error. I asked if it was possible to pick them up when they delivered the dryer. They said no unless I come to the store to pay extra. I asked if they could do anything since it’s their mistake and they said no that it was my problem. Very bad service and very disappointed that they have no consideration for their clients.
Terrible attendance. My daughter and I recently arrived here in Montreal, and we went to this store to see some models of mattresses. However, we do not speak fluent French. The store staff thought we were poor, and because we didn't speak the language fluently, they ignored us and dismissed us. I asked them to help me check my flext card balance and they didn't give me any support. that's because I would spend about $3,500.00. Well, I believe I am the one who pays the shopkeepers' bills. For the education and help they gave me, they don't need customers.
Worst quality of sofa I have ever experienced. We order recliner sofa aprox 3700 $ . 3 +2 n during the delivery the delivery boy dropped that in front of us on the road n its ripped n broke .it was not that high dropped though. And when he opened second one it was ripped from in side . When we went to store they said once we received back ur sofa to store we ll refund. Next day we called no one replying we were keep asking when I ll get my refund the lady on call said ASAP after that enen next day also they didn't do it so went to store agine n there she did it . She said we have shortage of staff n all . So not happy with service n quality .
The employee Walid is an amazing guy he gave us all the time and attention a customer needs thank you , but the other employees were sitting in the entrance shouting laughing and they did not even cared that we came in . Thanks Walid for thé amazing service.
If buy things in here,must see clearly,may have other imperfections.For example,the sales say that the product is only a color difference,but in fact there is also a problem with the installation of the product.
3 times the delivery date has been changed. The last time I even received a message saying item delivered. I called the store and the person said that it was a mistake because I was not à home when I was waiting for the guys outside after they confirmed they were going to be here in 10 minutes. Lies, lies and more lies. Very disappointed. Finally they told me the delivery guys made à mistake and if I wanted my item I had to go there and pick it up.
