Awful service and used car salesman feel about the whole experience. Looking to buy a $4000 sofa and right off the start they start dropping the price and when they thought i had agreed and told them that I found a better price elsewhere the manager started yelling at me!! I took my business to the competition......

I bought a sofa bed over one year ago which was not a cheap model. It makes squeaking sounds as if it was 20 years old. The manager, Stephanie St-Onge is full of excuses. Her word means nothing to her. If she says she will call back, she never does. They have sent technicians 4 times and employed delayed tactics so they don't have to assume responsibilities. Buyer be aware!

- Horrible in-store experience: saleswoman followed us throughout the store, we spoke to another salesman and inquired about a specific couch, afraid of losing of sale the female employee through a tantrum and started yelling that she had been following us the whole time, complained to manager and was backed by another employee. - Bought 5000$ couch on Aug. 22nd, and was told ~6 week wait. They included leather servicing products for free, which we left with - Received a call in Oct saying they couldn't get it - Called again and told us they could get it, but didn't know when could be weeks or months - Cancelled our order after disappointing customer service and reading the horror story reviews - Had to go in to cancel, and they would not take back the complimentary cleaning products because the box had been opened unused, and just to verify the products in the box. Ended up being charged for it. - Was told their is no policy on delivery, and since they're independently owned stores, there is no brand wide policy for Ashley Save your money, time, and patience. Shop elsewhere.

bad delivery service. the mattress i bought was stained. the delivery men were too lazy to put the boxspring i bought in the basement. they said the boxspring didn't fit through the door. but when my dad came in the evening, him and my husband were able to move it to the basement without problem. and they charge for delivery service while other stores don't.

I purchased a dining room set in early April. They committed to a delivery date of end of May. While this seemed a long wait, it actually lined up with or schedule so we agreed. end of May... no dining room set. Called them up and they tell me it is delayed until mid June. Mid June... no dining room set. Called them up and now its delayed until end of June. End of June... no dining room set. Call them up and now its delayed until end of July... see a pattern? and notice that they never call to provide any update, I have to call them for info... and they won't let me cancel without applying and unusually large administration fee.

Worse experience ever. Do not buy here. Delivery many weeks late. Merchandise was damaged. Replacements promised still not received 4 months later. Very poor customer service; will avoid you, will only tell you to wait, will not try to help.

Crappy sales guy, just needed a couch, bough something reasonably good. Got it and one year later it is falling apart. Sucks! customer service is doing an OK job trying to keep my happy, but no where will they succeed. 1500$ later, not many people would be happy. Anyone wanna buy a couch? haha

The Sales clerk was really helpful and enthusiastic. We haven't received our order yet though, so I can't comment about the quality and waiting time to receive the order.

Scammers! Promising you to deliver your furniture on a specific date and are delivering 3 months later a defective product. Said they will pay the penalty for each day they are late with the delivery and by the end gave a $25 gift card silly amount comparing to the price we paid for the product which also they are NOT accepting in the store. Sneaky company with horrible service. Happy they are closing the store forever!!!

Worst place to buy the furniture. I bought more than 6k$ worth of furniture from them. First they charged extra delivery by dividing it into two orders as some parts were not ready at first delivery date. But then everything got delivered on the same day. They refused to return the charges of the 2nd delivery. Second, the salesman sold me wrong mattress base which was compatible with my bed and the mattress. I had to get it replaced. Third, there were some damage parts of the bed and chairs. They just colored the ripped part of bed and for chairs I am still waiting to get the replacement. They ve worst after sales customer service i ve experienced in Canada. No follow up on the customer complaint from their end. I ve called them multiple times and every time they seems to ve no clue of the complaint. Every time they tells me that person before did some mistake. There is no replacement request in the system. They are doing it again now and I should receive the replacement of the damage part in ~6 weeks. And the cycle starts again when I dont hear from them. Its been 7 months now. Still following and trying to get my replacement . But surely not recommended at all. There are many others who have good quality and better price with excellent customer care.
