I was very impressed with his audio knowledge and the way he made me feel like a valued customer, even though I hadn't bought anything, yet. I appreciated his patience and the very competitive prices he offered. I was also given many opportunities to test and listen to various types of equipment in the store. I eventually bought a complete audio system and I still return to this location to buy more products.
