I am really surprised with the customer service in this store. In fairness my comment is regarding the one person that I directly went to, for payment of my item of choice. From the start until the end he made us feel like we were bothering him. He didn’t say hello, looked upset, did not provide any information. When he handed the invoice over to me I asked about guarantees and after sale policies, to which he answered “ nothing has changed since your last purchase with us it’s the same policy “. I will refrain from purchasing from mobilia as competitors have a much better approach.
I have never experienced such a bad service, I understand that there can be delays, but to lie to the customer several times without any compassion with such arrogance is unbearable. You have good furniture, but your service is disreputable or even a shame. You have good furniture, but your service is disreputable or even a disgrace. Review your services and you will have many customers, as for me my first experience with you was catastrophic.
Update: 4 months later, I only have half a sofa. Tried to change the order to another component to actually get a whole sofa. But customer service is a disorganized mess. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone by email or phone, and even when you can finally speak to someone they are incapable of providing any sort of update or resolution. I've paid for a whole overpriced sofa, only to have half of it sitting in my living room for 4 months now. Stay away from this company. Original: Ordered a modular sofa from here early September. The 3 components of the sofa were listed as "in stock" when I ordered them, and I was told someone would call in 10-14 days to schedule delivery. As of end of September I had heard nothing from them on the order status or shipping but of course they already processed the charge on my card. It took 2 emails and three separate phone calls from me with 30 mins on hold each time to finally speak with someone. Who then told me that 2 of the components of the sofa are sitting in a warehouse and he would now schedule them to be shipped to us, but the 3rd component would not be available until mid-November which was the "estimated" timeframe, and could be longer. First, why was I not told about the components that had been sitting in the warehouse? Or second, that the 3rd piece wasn't available for months?? I NEVER would have ordered this set if that had been indicated at the time of purchase. For the price of the furniture, the service should be much better. This is the first and last time I buy anything from here.
Poor customer service. You are left to fend for yourself when picking up online orders… spent several thousands of dollars at this place over the last few years and this is the treatment I get… Congrats, that’s how you lose a valuable customer…

Do not shop at this store. Their customer service is awful! My delivery was supposed to be 3 months ago. Then my sales rep C.G PROMISED it would be delayed max 4 weeks. Anyway, 3 months later I called to cancel my order and they told me finally they had received the entire couch AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME TO SCHEDULE THE DELIVERY. AHAHAHA WHAT? If I didn’t call, I would have been waiting still. Anyway…Another promise: delivery scheduled on 1/2/22. Cool. On Jan.31 they were supposed to confirm the time slot, no one called. So I called and the assistant manager said they would call me around 5:30-6. Then corrected herself: my delivery was scheduled for the 2/2. I have a business trip to attend and they weren’t able to deliver at the promised delivery date. They proposed to delay it even more due to my trip. INSANE!!! Finally, I call today to inquire at what time will my couch be delivered tomorrow so someone can be home: delivery department does not answer store representative has no clue. All of these problems and I still haven’t received what I purchased. I hope I won’t have to deal with their customer service or this store ever again. IT’S A NIGHTMARE!!!!! Go to Structube, delivered on promised date and their customer service is 5 star!
It is nice place and have good quality products but lady at the customer service was rude. Today i went store because i bought chairs and sofa so they called me for chairs will deliver later than expected. And they gave me 8% off because of delay. So i went to the store for it and talked with lady but she wasn't nice and helpful. You guys really doing good job but just give some advise to her how she sould treat customers . Thank you!
Very nice layout and open space with wide range of furniture to choose from. I would rate 4 stars and remove one because of the price tags. The store is very expensive compared to competitors and I'm not certain if all their furniture are sourced and made locally to justify such prices.
Worst costumer service EVER!! We had to call them and send emails MULTIPLE times just to get updates from them!! Their sales reps say something but than the managers say another! They claimed they had lost my credit card information hello?!? Seriously!!! but than two days later, two amount was charge from them!!! I’m never shopping there again!! Stay away from them!!
The furniture is nice. After sales service is plain 'ok' when the customer need to do several follow ups. Delivery service should be something you improve ... it's really bad in term of delivery dates.
