I was in a rush and the lady, Nooria, who helped me was very calm and polite. She rapidly helped me find the items I needed. She took her time to make sure no mistake was made on my very long order! Her boss was also very kind and helpful. I just wished there was more household appliances on display.

My 80 year old grandmother went to this bestbuy while I was out of town because her laptop wasn't working turns out she had just accidentally enabled sticky keys. The employee fixed her computer without trying to upsell her or make her feel foolish. His kindness was deeply appreciated and makes me trust this bestbuy location!

We purchased a Nespresso Vertuo pop + online which came with a milk frother, it was on sale and part of a promotion where you can redeem 50 nespresso coffee pods. By the way it does not work I tried to redeem to be able to get the 50 coffee pods and it does not work, just a scam so you can purchase through best buy. The coffee machine arrived the next day and it was clearly a return, it was badly damaged. This is so frustrating and very insulting, I purchased through Best buy hoping to get a brand new machine and also for the special promotion.nnI brought the machine to the Best buy store and this is the reason why I am giving this review 2 stars is because of the employee who helped me her name is Houria. She was very understanding and helped me find a solution. She even looked at the coffee machine and said it looked like it was a return! So thank you to her for great customer service, but I will never purchase anything again online through Best buy.

Ishka the sales lady in the Tv section was very nice honest, polite and patient.we had a very good service and we got an amazing offer thanks to her , the store itself is very clean and organized, kids was playing Nintendo while we make our purchase. Definitely will go there again

they would not price match a TV. giving different excuses. other places like Centre Hi Fi or Gibbys electronics accepted the price match. Bought from Centre Hi Fi. Their price match is a lie.
