Great service and alot of choices.
Very friendly, was looking for an agenda, asked a busy employee which aisle it was on. He stopped and brought me to them. After, as I was leaving he came over and asked if I found the one I wanted.
Nice big and clean store. We managed to find a lot of supplies that were nowhere else to be found as we did our school supply shopping at last minute. Prices are also fair.
My favourite Bureau en Gros. Today I went one hour before closing time, on a Saturday mind you, where I had to print a copy of a manual for my philosophy class permission granted from the publisher of course. I was out of there within fifteen minutes! How's that for service? And they also always have what I need. Highly recommended.
Friendly staff, good layout. This location is somewhat understaffed which leads to longer wait times.
Bad info from salesman, had some photo paper in my hand indicating ink jet compatible, he told me it was also good for laser, surprise! Opened the box and first word on instructions indicated for ink jet only. Should have researched on my own. Just that it was a little project I needed for that day only. All the products I purchased are going back, since I couldn't use them
Check your bill before you leave... Or even better before you pay!!! 2/3 times I find they've missed promos or overcharged items e.g. charged me 3 of something when I only bought 2... Then when you need these mistakes corrected it takes forever because they cannot issue partial refunds and instead need to reissue the entire bill.
Thank you for giving me such a poor service, had time to go on the web to see that the product that was locked on a shelve was cheaper at BestBuy. After telling you and waiting 10 minutes for someone to come back, decided to leave buy it at bestbuy save $30 and even had time to write this review, all within 10min. Next time straight to bestbuy.
Great place to buy supplies, but do not rely on St-Bruno-de-Montarville's store staff to help you with anything. Manager extremely rude and staff not willing to help at all. Avoid this store at all cost.
