Boston Pizza

Ordered dinner for delivery tonight. It was ordered at 5:00 to be delivered at 5:50. I called at 6:10 to inquire about my order and the girl who answered was extremely rude. She informed me that they were busy and that two people had called in sick and that my food would be coming. I asked if it was on the way and she said that it was. 25 minutes later we called again and spoke with the manager. She stated that our order had left for delivery 20 minutes ago (we live within 5 minutes of the restaurant). So we asked how long ago our food had actually been cooked and were not given a clear answer. We decided that we did not want cold food that had been sitting in a car for who knows how long at that point and cancelled the order. Won't be ordering from Boston Pizza again.

We came in as a group of 10 at noon, today, and our waitress was fabulous. Food was terrific! Great experience! Wish I knew the waitress's name so she could receive the compliment.

We were sceptical to return after our last visit for Valentine's when one of our 4 meals was "forgotten and never made" but that is another visit. The food was good, but with a nearly empty restaurant at 6pm it still took 45 min to get our order (2 quesadillas,one pizza and a salmon entree) The waitress kept telling people "it's under new ownership now and better" but we won't be back :( not with so many other restaurants in the area

Asked for the upstairs for a couples 50th birthday party and acknowledged the the $10 cover per person. When we showed we were seated at booths in the lower area making conversation nearly impossible. Was given a bs story about them trying to call us but phone never showed them trying. Apparently a UFC Gathering was more important to them. Thanks for ruining a special day!!!

Food was great and they gave us a free medium pizza cause WE made a mistake ordering, great customer service
