Milano's Ristorante

So, I will start off with the fact that the this place is extremely noisy. The waiter that was "assisting us" was not pleasant by any means. I came here with my family of 4, I have a mentally challenged brother with us and we wanted to order him a kids spaghetti, (He cannot eat an entire meal). The waiter decided he was not going to sell us the kids spaghetti. (As he is too old, however he is still mentally challenged and normally falls under the "kids" category anywhere else we go). Not only this has gotten under my families skin. But the beer my mother ordered was warm, seated right beside the kitchen with nothing but clanging dishes and people yelling out for orders. I was really excited about coming here for the first time for dinner, however I am telling you I would never be seen here again. We are appalled by the service we've been given.

I've had both Josh and Jordan as my servers. Both were wonderful, funny and accommodating. Not only was the service good, the kitchen line was also fast, even when mildly busy. Not to mention the food was good. Prices are fair, hard to have cheap plates in this day and age, but for THIS food it is so worth it. The decor is nice and has a nice atmosphere. All in all I've had good repeat visits and I've always left happy.

Working on the road always looking for something like this: locally owned, authentic and high quality food. I did not have the pizza like other reviewers here but I enjoyed the Deluxe burger - with Caesar salad. Exceptional! Was part of the movie deal too - $19.95 including tax and Avalon movie pass. Keep doing a great job with the Ristorante!!!

Had the best server today! His name is Jordan and he was amazing! Great manners, very proper, great customer service! He even impressed my mother, who is very picky about her servers! :)

Very good experience for a light meal for our party of three, and three generations. Alice gave us great service, and the food was enjoyed very much by all three of us. Best potatoes skins I've ever had!!! Youll spend a little more for their quality ingredients and food, and it's worth it here.
