Biff provided excellent customer service, like, outstanding. The coffee is hot and fresh. Strong enough but not overwhelming. I had a blueberry muffin that wasn't stale and enjoyed the atmosphere of the store. It is difficult to find a cafe with such a knowledgeable and personable staff member. Will absolutely be returning and would recommend it to anyone.

DELICIOUS food. Great service, friendly people, and did I mention delicious food? I have a lot of allergies so it's amazing to find good I can eat, and really enjoy. Thank you guys! Would most definitely recommend

Fab food- the Thai bowl is amazing. As are the muffins. They're so good I haven't tried anything else after 4 visits. I'm not vegetarian but can appreciate delicious healthy ingredients. The staff are super down to earth which adds to the dining experience. My go to place to stop when driving through Nanaimo.

As a devout meat lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the hearty and delicious grain bowl... Healthiest thing I've ever been served in less than 10 minutes hands down :D

Super place. Great service...delicious food and drink...and shhhh don't tell them but the price is also better than anywhere I've been in quite some time. Only one question...how do I give them 6 out of 5?
