Best Western Barrie

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We finished early with our medical appointment and accommodated with early check in. We have stayed a few times and full satisfaction. Arlene and staff very pleasant. The room was spotless everything looked fresh and smelt clean, loved the decor. Location so convenient to go south or north on the 400. So nice that breakfast is included lots of choice everything fresh and hot and being able to take it to your room a real bonus. I highly recommend this hotel no other place for us in Barrie. A big thank you to Arlene and staff. We look forward to our next stay.

Renovated breakfast area looks great. Hotel rooms are very clean. Good quality bed and bathroom products. Pleasant staff. Always a great stay.

Newly renovated, clean, quiet, good rates, centrally located and friendly staff.. Rooms are basic but clean, hotel has a decent pool, no hot tub.. breakfast is always good, decent selection and kept filled. The hotel can get quite busy and noisy with sports teams etc, but they always have security stationed in the hallway to make sure things stay relatively quiet. Overall, decent place to stay for a decent price.

I had booked the room with the Jacuzzi and upon check In they said that I didn't book the Jacuzzi room but then why did I pay the price of the Jacuzzi room? No one could answer my question and to boot they had all the Jacuzzi rooms booked. So I over paid for a basic room because I paid the price of the Jacuzzi room. So to make it worse the pool was small and dirty and hot tub beside the pool was not even working. It was -30 outside and I got nothing that I wanted. No Jacuzzi room. And the hot tub was not working and the pool was dirty when was the last time it was cleaned? My room was small and hard to wrap my head around how I paid the price for the Jacuzzi room and in the end got a regular room for the price of the Jacuzzi room. Horrible service. I am not impressed at all. Worst hotel experience

Very good. Rate was excellent. Wifi wonderful. Pizza just down the street. Bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good.
