The staff was great and the hotel was convenient for where we needed to go. The pool area wasn't cleaned during my stay. My main concern was safety within the room with two children with us, the photos will explain.
I recently stayed at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. Clean lobby & rooms. The breakfast was absolutely amazing so much variety especially Julia who was working the dining room area she was so friendly and helpful. Her service was remarkable. Definitely will return.
We stayed overnight at the best western plus in Barrie and we had an amazing experience! The hotel is very clean, the staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. The continental breakfast was out of this world! And the woman who was stocking everything was a delight to talk to : our room was perfect for all of us and the shower was amazing for a hotel shower. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you best western for everything!
The hotel is in really bad shape, no maintenance whatsoever, Rooms were not even cleaned. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.nThe first room which allotted to me was really bad where someone’s used socks were just laying on the floor, I asked the receptionist to change my room since it’s not clean but she said it is clean and they just forgot to clean the socks nShe offered me the other room with $200 extra charges, after debating for some time she accepted her fault and gave the so called family suite which was completely in bad situationpictures attached.nWell I gave up at that point since it was already 11 pm and when I showed her the picture next morning at 6 30 while leaving for work her response was like “ you have two extra bed please use those
The staff at this hotel are super friendly and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated. My room was clean, but it was quite basic, and everything seemed old and worn. There was a noticeable lack of soap, and the quality of the water was poor. It was very difficult to rinse off the soap, which made for an uncomfortable experience. While the staff's friendliness made up for some of the shortcomings, there are definitely areas that need improvement
