If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The bed sheets and mattress cover are stained with what appears to be make up and blood. They have one tiny bath towel and 2 hand towels with no face cloth. The stand up shower has mould around the caulking. The front office guy was not friendly at all. Not rude but definitely not welcoming. If I weren't so exhausted, I'd find a better place to stay. 😣

This place deserves 5 stars. I was in desperate need of help with a room and the manager worked with me to help me the best he could, made sure i was okay. The workers who work here are so friendly and helpful. For the 3 nights I stayed here my room was always clean, smelt clean, fresh towels and fresh sheets. It's close to downtown, great to get food, a walk. Free breakfast was good, free WiFi which we never had a problem with.

Location is good. Close to food, shopping, pharmacy and transit. The office was clean and modern. Looked nice. Staff greeted us immediately and offered us a discount, as the room we had called for, was no longer available. In the end, all worked out great! The only downside to this visit (and others in the past) is that there are a lot of questionable and shady people hanging out and some renting rooms by the month who sit outside and smoke drugs without trying to hide it. For the cost of the rooms, I'd say it's good enough. Oh, and the fact that there's ample parking and Sticky Fingers at the front door is awesome! Worth the $70/night. ☆☆☆/5

The place was filthy. Room was unsanitary. Floor wasn't even on the level (you could actually feel yourself leaning towards the end of the room as you stood up) and most of the appliances weren't working properly. The heater was off, even though it was 4°C outside, and we had to bother the clerk three times before he actually decided to do something about it. He finally came at our door around 10 pm, saying the heater would probably start in a few minutes. 1 hour later, the heater hadn't started yet, and the room remained cold for the whole night. Bad service, and way too expensive for what it is. Also, 100$ depot ? Are you kidding me ? Avoid this place at all cost.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, but the room(s) left a lot to be desired. There is no thermostat, so you can't control the temperature of your room. It was so cold I needed a space heater. Also, there is no microwave provided.
