Recently renovated and clean. Great value compared to other chains in Barrie that charge double the price per night. Staff at the front desk were friendly. Easy location off the 400. We did not try the breakfast so I can’t comment on it. A few small items for it not to be 5 stars - bathroom door didn’t close properly, conditioner and lotion bottles were empty, there is no shelf in the shower to set things and the glass door kept opening. All minor items and didn’t affect the overall use of the room. I would recommend.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The manager is incredibly friendly and understanding, which made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I met him. The staff are all very polite and always ready to help with anything you need.nnThe breakfast was amazing — waffle maker in the house, fresh fruits, variety of cold and hot drinks, and more... Room service was fast, efficient, and the rooms were always spotless. I also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made traveling with my furry family member so much easier.nnHaving laundry on-site was also super convenient, and the location couldn’t be better — just a few steps away from a plaza filled with different restaurants. Lastly, it is beside highway 400. Overall, a perfect stay. Highly recommended!
Basic, no frill hotel. Very clean room, I travel with a larger dog, and was very impressed with a super clean pet friendly room with no odors. Right off the highway, easy access, breakfast is plain, but included. Overall a clean, quite and budget friendly pets allowed hotel.
I stayed here for 1 night. I was clean and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfortable. My only complaints are the pillows are oddly small and the heater/ac in the room was very loud making it difficult to sleep. Overall a pretty generic stay
This is a budget hotel right off the highway, for the price $169 for one night with two queen beds on a long weekend it was very clean. They allow dogs on the third floor, but the soundproofing is amazing. We stayed on the second floor and could not hear them barking. No dog hair anywhere in our room or the hallway. Plenty of parking we had a truck and a trailer, wrapping all sides of the hotel. Complementary breakfast in the morning was a pretty good selection of cereals, waffles, fruit salad, yoghurt, pastries, toast and drinks. We had not booked ahead and were happy to get a room. The front reception staff was a lovely lady didn’t get her name who was very friendly and polite. Pictures were taken after we stayed there, the beds were properly made when we got there.
