Comfort Inn & Suites

My husband and I stayed here in Sept ( was our second night away from our kids trip). At first we thought everything was good.. But than my husband noticed garbage on the floor by the window. And a left over cell phone charger in the plug in ( which makes your wonder how well the rest of the room was cleaned) . Also the bed sheet was way to small and kept falling off. We had a very busy day out ( went tree top trekking) and got back late and were tired.. So we brought it up when we checked out and we're told to call Jennifer the manager. I called the same day and she told me she would call back in a few days (the girl who did the cleaning was apparently off so she was going to follow up when she was back in.. I never got any call back and she was not very considerate on the phone.. The hotel that weekend was $160 for one night .. Will deff not be staying there again!! Do not reccomend.

BED BUGSSS!!! Read Below! We stayed at their king bed room In our first night out of a 7 night stay I woke up at around 4:30-5am and notice something crawling on my fiancee's pillow and I squashed it and i turn on the lights to notice it was a bed bug we pulled the mattress and everything off the bed we saw at the box frame sheets there was a whole nest of eggs and couple of bed bugs on it me and my fiancee went to shoppers to buy garbage bags put all our clothes and begs in which we had to eventually do laundry and deep steam cleaning which is an expanse and a inconvenience for us to do while on vacation cause this hotel is very poor in keeping their clean and bug free we went to the front desk clerk all he did was say sorry and he still charged me the one night and for the remainder of my stay (6) days was refunded but in principle I shouldn't have been charged at all we didn't want stay there this whole experience traumatized my wife and I have bite marks all over my hands and arms we will never stay in a comfort inn ever again and we do not recommend anybody to come to this hotel "this was our first time at a comfort inn" this is my first time I ever experienced such a thing and I travel alot! they did nothing to compensate for this mishap poor customer service. just a overall horrible experience.

Wonderful staff always helpful , very warm and welcoming. We've held our convention at the hotel for a few years now and it's always a great experience.

The staff are quite nice, that's why this hotel gets three stars. The place has clearly been renovated recently, but at times looks like they only did 80% of the job. For example, good looking lobby, but the ceiling tiles are old.

Booked with barely 24 hours notice, had zero issues. Room was quite large, had all amenities required and very courteous staff. Good overall experience.
