Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Barrie

Good location and room size, and comfy bed. Staff friendly, and helpful. But complimentary lotion/ shampoo should be replaced before or after each guest leaves/arrives in each rooms. As no lotion, conditioner used, thank goodness I had brought my own. Mini Fridge needs to be cleansed, it stank. I brought my granddaughter for a swim and saw that rim around inside pool, you can see grime above water level especially where sign indicated 3 ft or 4ft, so this indicates that all around pool above water line and the handles underneath where water touches needs to be scrub, it's very dirty. Even the floor of pool very dirty.

Clean, reliable and accommodating. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were clean. Close to restaurants and great access to the hwy. 400.

Front desk was not friendly at all. Very snappy and tolled their eyes at my simple question of a later checkout. Our room was tiny and the bathroom was probably the worst. When sitting on the toilet, you had to spread your legs apart or else your knees would hit a section of the sink that was sticking out. The inner PROTECTIVE shower curtain, did not protect the floor from water spewing out since it was cut to the height of the edge of the top of the tub. There was no mini fridge (which is partly my fault for not checking so double check your room details). Bed was comfortable but not clean. Found multiple long black hairs once the sheets were pulled back (neither me or my partner have long black hair... His is short and mine is blonde) There was also a lovely bug friend that joined us later in the evening on our curtain. Other than that, the location is close to everything and the breakfast was decent.

Excellent experience. Very kind staff. Breakfast is amazing. All the rooms are clean and modern plus there's a pool. I very much enjoyed my stay here and would recommend anyone to stay here

Unbelievable experience! Kind staff, great amenities. I enjoyed my experience here and highly recommend anyone to stay here. Clean and modern rooms. Pool is great and breakfast even better.
