April 2022 3 This Best Buy is fairly large, they have a Greek squad available to help you with electronics setup and diagnosis. There's a lot of areas: televisions, vacuums, camera and photography, computers, small kitchen appliances, video games and even drones. Overall, staff is ok. Recently, there haven't been enough decent deals.
We visited another Best Buy location, but the TV we were interested in wasn’t available, so we drove to this location. It took a while for a “blue shirt” employee to assist us, but he did call for someone to help us. It was our lucky day because we met Noel, a senior advisor. The TV that we were looking for was available, but it wasn’t quite in our price range. I still couldn’t justify the price tag. Noel asked us what we usually view on our TV – regular shows, movies, gaming, action movies, etc. He gave us a run down on all the TV’s and options. It turns out the TV we were interested in wasn’t suited for our purposes. Noel was incredibly patient, and answered all our questions. He never made us feel like any question was too small. He showed us a TV that had everything we were looking for, and it was several hundred dollars less than the one we had our eyes on. Noel was called away, but another associate helped with payment, which was super-fast. While my husband went to get our car, the associate wheeled the TV to the front entrance. I totally forgot to get his name, but I appreciated that he waited until my husband drove up, and then placed the TV carefully inside our trunk! Now, this is how service should be!
Had bad experience in this store, when we tried to understand the policy of extended warranty. She bought 4 years extended warranty on her PC, under the wrong expression given by the store Rep. that within 4 years, the PC can be returned without any explanation. We had the power issue with this PC since the last year, so we decided to return it and get the credit, so we can buy a new one. When we asked for the credit, we were told the product could only be repaired. Then we asked for the written policy of the extended warranty so we can understand what's included in the extended warranty, an Indian Supervisor gave us very rude attitude and asked us to check the return policy not extended warranty online ourselves, and said to us "you can leave the store now". We thought the staff who wears the best buy uniform represents the company, and their words should be representing the company's policy. If we knew we couldn't receive the credit in the first place, we wouldn't buy the extended warranty for such long time. It is the customer's right to know the store policy in writing since the different stories were given by the different staff. The person with such poor attitude shouldn't be a Supervisor, he should learn how to respect his customers first. Maybe he can start with a doorman job. We also suggest all consumers to obtain whatever the promises made by Best Buy in writing, because they could deny anything they promised. Best Buy should be called "Best Liar".
Absolutely amazing. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. I usually enjoy going to best buy but I feel it's gotten better and better each time I go with the great customer service. I went yesterday on black Friday, last one to make it in the line for the promotions before everybody after was cut off. All the staffs worked late to serve all the other customers and we thought my account would be quick. Issues with the systems but staffs were nice, especially huge shoutout to Andrew H who was professional, courteous, one of the most helpful staffs at best buy I've ever encountered. Would definitely come back here to shop again.
Very nice service, I just bought two phones on 11th March 2023, S23 green & iphone 14 pro silver. If you guys are struggling with color availability in your desired phone model, then this place is best option for you. I got amazing deal with trading in my S9+. Thanks to Mr Talib omni channel specialist for suggesting me this place and guiding me to the right person. Its good to see a smiling face right at the entrance to assist you. You meet him right at the entrance. Thanks to Mr Arooshan for thorwing in amazing gift vouchers and deals for me. Also Ms Sanchita for helping me with data transfer even in late evening. Staff is very co-operative and equiped to asist, highly recommend this place.
Limited stock. You have to check the shelves under the laptop displays to see how much there is of each unit. The sales person isn't knowledgeable. He has to rely on a device to pick up the technical features of the items such as clock speed, ram. You are expected to buy the Windows 11 product if you ask to see it. That item is locked it the back. The sales guy won't let you see the product to make a decision unless he is the specific guy that gets to process the sale.
Terrible experience with this Best Buy exchange & service. I brought 3 Soda Stream cylinders for exchange/swap. One female clerk named Lemuna behind the service counter told me I have to show her receipt for the swap. I told her I did the swap for many times, no one ask for receipt. She rolled her eyes on me and said " how can I help you without receipt? You have to show me your receipt!". OK, I drive back home and found receipt and go back to this Best Buy. Luckily she still there. I show her the receipts and she not sure what to do. Then another male clerk came and correct her the right way to do it. It's a "none receipt needed exchange", just take back the empty cylinders and I pay the exchange fee and give me new filled cylinders. A simple 5 minutes service cost me more than one hour and 10km drive back and forth. No one want to apologize for that to me. Not a single word to me. Now I'm calling Best Buy to cancel my membership card. Enough.
Calling the store directly is impossible. I call and get directed to someone in another province/country. I ask if the store is open. So she looks it up and say "yes they are" really I say to her you didn't think I know what the hours are on the website? So I ask if she spoke to someone at the store? Because it is snowing here and this would be why I wanted to call the store. It's like ridiculous and pathetic customer service people can't call the store directly to find out if the store in my neighborhood is remaining open during bad weather.
i went to buy a laptop at this store and met Sanchita. She guided me very well throughout the process. She is very friendly and polite. Please do visit and if required ask for Sanchita.
Excellent Customer Service! I was at the Markville Mall store looking for something particular yesterday, and I was rushing to get it, the young man, Talib in he front desk help me found it and price matched it for me, made sure I got the best deal, and I was in and out less than 5 minutes, so impressive. highly recommended. Thank you Talib. Keep up with the good work.
