I had a specific photography need and asked sales rep, Scott Duncan, for some advice. Scott immediately understood my need and quickly came up with both new and used equipment options. I chose the used option and am pleased with the quality of the equipment and value for money. Scott was very knowledgeable about the product and spent considerable time clearly demonstrating how to use the equipment. He even offered that if I had any questions to feel free to contact him post-sale. Thanks Scott and Henry's for a great customer experience!
I went in to buy a drone for my husband for Christmas and I am so glad I did! Scott helped me, he was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and obviously very passionate about the products. He showed me examples of the drone’s abilities on his own phone and said he would be more than happy to go over everything with my husband after he received the gift, I think he really meant it! My experience was fabulous from start to finish. I highly recommend giving Henry’s a try.
Came in for a battery replacement and the staff served me in a way that really surprised me. Could have pushed the branded battery on me for 129.00, could have pushed the off-brand version for 79.00, honestly told me that amazon had a deal for 2 batteries at 43.99 and encouraged me to buy it from there. Never had a salesman treat me with that honesty. I bought a memory card because I wanted to give them a sale for treating me so well. Thanks Scott.
I went I to get passport pictures done for my 6 month old son. I got good customer service and the whole process was done in s few minutes. Fortunately my son was in a good mood so we were able to get the picture done in one shot.
I have been shopping at this Henrys location for a few years and have always had a positive experience. As I got in to photography a few years ago, I had great thoughts of what I should purchase...David took the time to walk me through different options and helped me to decide what would be best to start with. One of the most impressive things about that experience was that, in the end, he encouraged me to purchase a camera that was far less expensive than what I had 'wanted.' I have found David to be very knowledgeable and patient as he has answered numerous questions along the way. If you're looking for an individual who is knowledgeable, service oriented and patient...David's the man!
We came by for passport pictures for our two month old. Tiffany was incredibly patient with our little one and took some excellent pictures despite a moving baby. In addition, she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the questions we had regarding camera tripods. We will be back.
I came here to buy a camera bag and was pleasantly greeted by Tiffany. Not only did she gave me advice on using the bag and possible places to find extra dividers, but she also gave me tips for my new camera. I became much more well-informed when I left the store. Thanks, Tiffany!
This was just such a fantastic experience. I went in with several questions a b day a complex issue with two files. Sarah and Ben not only initiate ways to assist but also gave several solutions. I left the store after 2 1/2 hour's and had not realise it because they were on a mission to resolve all my needs. I absolutely would rate this experience far above a 10.....:
Read some great service reviews for here, however; - am in the parking lot after doing my first ever return of an action camera and the service was actually quite poor, -the two guys working at this time 12:15 on Nov 14th was: 1.unattentive, 2.unwilling to help, 3.did not know gopro pricing, 4.did not know inventory of an action cam and said they sell a model then looked it up and said they dont 5.not helpfull attitudes from both of them @Henrys: Not a good representation of a great chain, and staff who are not condusive to any sort of sales or service basic qualities that one would expect from any retail store in this day and age. I find it actually unacceptable. When trying to exchange or buy another product since the one i bought was not for my purpose, your stores will lose revenue - quite simple, a return of a product with a purchase from another retailer while turning off valued long term customers.
It's never a good sign when you walk around looking at items for 10-15 min and not one employee offers to help or make any contact whatsoever. I had plans on purchasing multiple items for this weekend's shoots but put it back on the racks after making eye contact with one employee who just stood behind his counter. Another employee walked past me a few times but seems far more interested in price adjustments than speaking with a customer. The third employee was helping one customer. Not sure if I was wearing some sort of invisibility cloak, but I might as well have not been there, so I left. Another store can sell me what I need, thanks.
