Sorry took so long to post a review, but wanted to use the stereo for a month or two. I can say WOW, service amazing, install super clean all hidden. Price was reasonable for a professional job. Most of all the sound is F#@king amazingly loud and clean. Thanks you do amazing work.

If I can give no star I would, This "Tam" owner is a terrible person in customer services, he will make promises and not delivered, he will try to passed the bucket and not take any responsibilities for his own mistakes. If you are a new customer, I would highly advise you to take your business somewhere else there is tons of good audio place out there and that's what I did, where they will treat with respect and own up their own mistakes. Shop at your own risk.

Ride customer service, can’t answer a question to save their life. Go to Audio Heaven. Cheaper, faster and 100% way more polite to deal with.

Seemingly popular place for audio installs. It seems to be a 'hit or miss' for customer satisfaction. This is possibly due to an experienced head staff member which would gain this review 2 more stars, but somewhat unknowledgeable tempermental owner over-ruling things by unprofessionally arguing with his employees in front of customers, lands a 1 star. A lack of organization, professional customer service, and integrity at the management level will inevitably affect your satisfaction, as well as your time spent, and install cost. Depending on the item or complexity of install, you may find yourself over waiting and paying extra as the owner gives priority to drop in customers, while leaving customers who have made an appointment 'on the hoist' likely in order to maximize his own daily profits/work, and at your expense. #letsguide

went to then twice and never failed to impress - highly recommend this place for custom installations, especially for speakers and subs - after looking around at different shops they have the best pricing in the area with decent variety - they will work until the job is done no matter how long it takes - if you don't want to wait a week to get an appointment, this is the place to go

The staff Wayne is very professional, and has confident what they can do. The CiC iDrive of my 2011 BMW is out of order and keeps rebooting. I was told from the dealer that it is at least $3k+ for installing a new one. I dropped by and told Wayne about the problem, he instantly quoted me the price and said he has a guy can repair the iDrive. They pulled the iDrive out, replaced the circuit boards, and installed it back into my car. It is fixed and working normally. I only paid one third of what the dealer quoted. Thank youWayne.

1 way remote starter for $575. I feel too expensive.

Horrible service, too too toooooo pricy, and the guy have attitude problem. In my case i have my camera and need installation, every other store gave me price of 150$. I was trying for a better deal, then i called him, his answer was come in here will do for best price, i have to travel 25km go there and he says 285$+ tax. It was not only me, there were 2 other customers who left the place because of the same reason of too pricy. He hardly speaks, few words and says *GOOO* . Would never visit again.
