Teletime - Syed Hasan Best place & Person to deal with I should have done this last year itself but better late than never. Bought 5 new appliances from Teletime Stouffville Location. Greeted by Mr. Syed Hasan, he provided us with the complete details of various brands and their Pros & Cons, as such I was buying it for my new house, not only Syed recommendation was good, the price he quoted us was unmatched by any of the big box or small stores. Very happy with the purchase. Went back aging this year as was looking for 85inch Sony TV for the house, without any hesitation Mr. Syed arranged the TV model I was looking for & beat the lowest price I was offered at other stores. Once again I am very thankful to Syed for his warm & kind nature to deal with and his delivery team for making my experience with Teletime a very joyful & Pleasant.

PROS The price was good. I saved a good amount on my purchase, compared to the Home Depot across the street. No complaints there. The staff in store greeted my friend and me upon entry, but pretty much left us to our own devices. No pressure, but they were available to answer questions when we had them. CONS The staff told me delivery would be between 1pm-8pm. Long story short, the actual delivery time was 10pm. As they were unable to give me a shorter time window, the whole day was pretty much spent waiting. I had half a mind not to tip on top of the delivery cost, but my conscience got the better of me. If it wasn't for the long delay, I would have given 4 stars for this review.

Excellent five star customer service, second to none! We purchased a few appliances and TV from Teletime at Markham. Hasan the sales person was very pleasant to deal with, also very knowledgeable of all the products. He also went extra mile to make sure our products were delivered on time as promised and also we are happy about it :-. I have already recommended few of my friends and relatives to Hasan, they couldn't be more happier. Certainly Markham Teletime will be my first choice when it’s time for a new appliance. Thank you and keep up the good work!

My last dishwasher gave up the ghost and I was in the market for a new one. I had never heard of Teletime and the only reason I found out about them was the Flipp app. They had a Whirlpool dishwasher with all the options I wanted and it was over $100 cheaper than anywhere else. Also saved more money because they had free shipping and it was delivered in 2 days. Great sales and service, will be looking at them in the future for any electronic and appliance needs.

I decided to go to Teletime superstore electronics store at Markham Rd, Markham for some new major appliances. I was greeted by manager I must say he is the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional sales person ever. I will only buy my appliances from Teletime superstore. All staffs are well versed in all of the brands, specs and know this industry in every aspect. Excellent customer service. I purchased a Frigidaire professional dishwasher and Frigidaire gas range. Everything arrived when it was supposed to and the quality was exactly the way I have been told. This company is very lucky to have such a fantastic sales persons and they give you full attention and time to explain everything. I recommend that all of my friends and family go to Teletime superstore electronics store in Markham.

My husband and I have bought a 65 inch Samsung TV at Teletime in December. No one could touch the pricing even the Boxing Day sales were more expensive than what we got the TV for from Teletime. We were very impressed with the service we received from Syed. He was amazing, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. In fact we were so impressed with the service Syed gave us that we returned last week and purchased a fridge and stove from him. Once again no one could come near to his pricing. Syed is awesome. If you are interested in saving money and receiving outstanding service see Syed and tell him that Joanna and Larry sent you.

We bought a stove from a spell from this company. We went out of her way because a friend of us told us the prices were cheap. In the end it was only $50 cheaper than Lowe's or Leon's. The delivery people did not take out our old stove and wanted to charge extra money for doing so. The manager said that he would help us remove the old stove himself for free. However, he never came. Was the saving of $50 worth the inconvenience of moving our stove out ourselves and going out of our way to Markham? absolutely not.

Taran at the Markham location was vey helpful. The pricing on our fridge was $350 cheaper than anywhere else we could find and the delivery was free. Despite competitors saying, "it must be open box for that price" the fridge was brand-new with all packaging and in perfect condition. Delivery time was scheduled 1pm-9pm. They finally showed up at 10:15 pm after my wife and kids had gone to bed. I'm sure they were super busy and I'm glad they finally arrived but a simple call to let us know that they were running late could have helped the situation. I had previously purchased a TV from Teletime, also with the best pricing. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent service and great prices~! We have been looking for a few appliances for our new home and have done alot of price research from different stores throughout Markham. Teletime was able to beat or match the lowest price I could find elsewhere. In the end, we bought a washer, dryer, microwave wall oven combo, induction cooktop, and a range hood with a flat delivery fee. They were patient when dealing with our questions. I would highly recommend this place for appliances. Planning to get a tv later as well. I recommend Taran, he was great help.

Very Unprofessional customer care service and delivery. my Half of the appliance didn't delivered and no information to me. 2 days delay in delivery and my washer and dryer didn't received it. and no information. I spoke customer care 5 times but never give me right answer. while purchasing lot of commitment but delivery is very poor. My microwave and washer dryer didn't received even booking prior 2 months. No management person come on call to resolve this issue . Very unprofessional service.
