Beware of these two guys, they are SCAMMERS. They will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to make a sale. I bought a flip phone for an elderly from them and asked the guy "is it unlocked"? his response "yes, any provider". But obviously not. Went back to return it since he gave me a false information and his response this time "any provider except freedom". His defense is I told you. So....I knew which provider I was gonna use and still bought the phone, it doesn't make sence, right?wouldn't want to take it back but will give me a store credit which is ridiculous keeping in mind that most of his stuff is garbage and are overpriced. My opinion don't bother going there, they are rude, unprofessional and big scammers. Stay away from this store.

Bought the band new Samsung note here. But there is some problems with the battery. I ask the guy exchange the another one, then he gave me the used phone to me. Because when I back to car , I saw the S pen is old and used. I cannot believe the business still here. BE CAREFUL !! STAY AWAY THIS STORE

An absolutely horrible store with absolutely horrible customer service. Would never ever go back. BEWARE!! Came in to fix an S20 screen and was told the price was $130… when coming to picking up the phone the guy told me he made a mistake with the price. Ended up charging me $180 and would not accept the $130. Told me they would put back my old broken screen if I don’t pay $180. I even said I’ll pay $150 because this was a mistake on their end… they insisted $180. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

Patrick is the best! He has serviced and sold many accessories to me for my Blackberry devices. Never over charges, reasonable prices, honest feedback when evaluating devices and stands by his work. I needed service to my blackberry passport and I left it with him and he called me back saying it's not worth it to fix. Amazing store and will always support him.

Have been coming here to have tempered glass/screen protectors put on my phones for years. The main guy at this store always perfectly places them. For the same price you'd find screen protectors on amazon you can buy them here + have them installed without fault.

Fair consistent reliable Don’t believe or worry about the low rating. It’s not an accurate portrayal of the service you get. Ask for Patrick if you don’t speak Chinese. He will be straight forward and honest on what can be fixed and with cost. They won’t nickel and dime you with low quality replacement parts so you should not try to lowball. You get what you pay for. There’s lots of choices at this mall but I always come here Yes unfortunately I’m a klutz and a repeat offender customer and have saved hundreds of dollars over the years here.

Excellent place for value priced brand name electronics and phone/tablet accessories. Now open again post lock-down. You can trust owner Patrick to take care of your phone repair and screen protector needs very quickly and professionally. He stands by his products and service. A++

Be aware! The sales person guaranteed that he's going to repair the tablet. He could not fixed it, rather he ruined the tablet completely. I found that the charging port is coming off. Before it was not like that. They put some tape on the device which seems to be hiding more damage he's done. Don't trust them. I wish I had read the review before I handed over my tablet to them.

Went in to replace the battery in my Nexus 6P. The owner told me 20 minutes, $60 - and proceeded to take 40 minutes while serving other customers before finally finishing up with my order. They forgot to put my SIM card back in the phone, so I had to go back the next day to retrieve it. They battery they put in my phone definitely isn't a new one - two days later the phone won't even charge. Poor customer service, dishonesty/fraud, and inferior products.

This guy charged me 400 dollars for a screen repair and as soon as I left town there was a dead pixel in the screen. I called and said I would try and make it back for Monday but couldn't. Went back a couple weeks later and he stated Huawei only honours the fix for one week. I called Huawei and they don't even deal with this location. Tried to get 300 for a new motherboard out of me. Do NOT shop here.
