I went to this company recently , l asked for a place to sit while waiting to unload my truck . They gave me a plastic bucket to sit on. They took my truck keys, so I couldn’t even sit in the truck, and it was cold outside. For such a big company, this feels very disrespectful and unprofessional.nAs a professional truck driver, I believe that all individuals, regardless of their role, deserve a basic level of respect and comfort,especially when working with a reputed and large entity like this. Providing proper seating for drivers is a small yet significant gesture that reflects an organization’s regard for the people contributing to its operations.nI hope they take this feedback seriously and make changes to improve how they treat drivers.

No words. 3 hrs and still waiting for 1 skid to pickup. Lineup of Trucks inside and outside. Docks full. No loads are ready. 9.45pm to 12. 30am and still waiting. Anyone working on Miles should avoid this location

Pretty huge facility. Shipping is where security points you. It's very easy to get lost here. Personnel here are very proactive. Overall good experience with shipping team.

They behave rude with drivers … I asked about washroom for 5-6 times… no one help me….. They told me that they don’t have time to help…. Very poooooor….
