Visited few times during Christmas holiday and weekend with huge line up. So we decided to drop in during weekday after lunch hours, fewer people and less traffic. Excellent customer service. The sale associate - Grace helped to get my phone ready in half an hour from the minute I walked in and out. She was energetic, friendly and efficient. Grace is definitely a great role model at the store.
All in all it was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and patient. They answered all our questions and clarifications. It is well organized and clean however, it would be nice if they wiped the devices more frequently. The buying process was very smooth. On the plus side, it is a great time consuming activity if you have kids.
Very busy. Under staffed. You are required to have appointments for shopping yet my experience was that I was interrupted several times during my appointment. People apologized but they wanted questions answered regardless. It does create a sense of urgency among the shoppers but I found it mildly annoying. I do value Apple products exceptional. But the shopping in person experience is a little challenging. A few questions couldn’t be answered. The staff definitely try to help. They’re doing their best. Not being critical of the situation but it’s human nature to want service when entering a store and perhaps a hybrid model of appointments for a lengthy shopping experience and if you only need to dash in and out an “express” service or lane to minimize interruptions.
Bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max and had issues within the first couple of days so I went to exchange it. Clyde helped us and he was amazing. Took time to bring in a new phone and help us set it up before leaving the store. Phone works great :
A great place to shop and have an outstanding experience. Stuart was the gentleman who assisted me today with my queries. He was gracious and demonstrated a great deal of care throughout the telephone conversation. Such individuals deserve to be applauded and the first point of contact! I visited today using in store pick up to grab an Apple Watch. A Specialist at check out tried to force me to purchase a new charger, advising me the old Apple Watch chargers didn’t work with the new model. I knew that wasn’t true so I pushed back and eventually she told me the old chargers do work, but the new ones charge faster. I found that to be a pretty deceptive sales practise. Wouldn’t recommend this store.
This apple store has the worst customer service as I went to the store to pick up my reserved I phone. They deny to provide it and also they canceled the reservation without letting me know. Manager Nadia was so rude and did not helped me when I had concerns with and other employe who initially didn’t help me. She didn’t bother to listen. She made false statements saying that I was interrupting. I was so offended by her behaviour and the other employee behaviour. Please do not visit this store it’s a waste of time. Specially they are not trained properly to handle issues. Instead they will ask you to leave as they asked me to leave without a reason
Dropped off the iMac on Dec29 for repair, was told will hear back within 48 hours. Waited until 96 hours later walked in to the store, the staff checked the status and shows ready to pick up. they did not send us any notification that is ready. When we brought the iMac home, we couldn’t log in, because the password was changed. They did not tell us anything or left a note regarding this. We then tried to call this store, but it transferred to Apple Canada. It took us a long time to speak with an actual person, and then have to wait another long time for them to transfer me back to Markville Apple store. And while we were waiting, the call got hung up. Another hour was wasted. Good job Apple for giving me a such an unforgettable experience on the second day of 2023. ——————————— Also my other visits to this store were also extremely disappointed. One time I just wanted to purchase a phone case. I have to ask 4 different staffs to complete this simple transaction. All the staffs I asked were not with any client at that moment, but they just wouldn’t help. They told me to find someone else.
Returned a very old iPad for recycling yesterday. Was able to easily book an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a staff member, then immediately directed to another staff member who looked after accepting my iPad and removing all my information/files - he was very helpful and friendly!! Great experience.
Terrible Service & experience. Booked and appointent with my boyfriend online for 3pm in person to fix a broken iPhone. Had two ladies come up for issue. Both of us told to come back at 3:45pm for phone pick up not until close. We waited until 6pm while staff were casually talking to each other or looking at us waiting unhappy. The staff did not inform us it would be 60 mins or to give a text /call when finished. They didn’t do anything especially when we asked for assistance several times. All the staff members were leaving to go home until it took 3 staff members at 6:15pm “ were so sorry”. Why kinda service ??
