I recently had my iPhone battery serviced at this Apple Store, and while the battery replacement itself was completed, I was handed my phone back with the bottom screws that secure the screen completely missing.nnThis is not a minor cosmetic issue. Their absence immediately raises concerns about the care taken during reassembly and the overall integrity of workmanship.nnIf something as visible and fundamental as screws can be overlooked, it naturally makes me question the quality of the internal work that I cannot see. When paying for authorized service, especially from Apple, I expect attention to detail, proper reassembly, and confidence that my device is returned in the same or better condition than it was received.nnUnfortunately, this experience diminished my trust in the service provided from this stores Genius Bar and fell well short of the standards I associate with Apple.
I have an Apple Watch with cellular functionality that is clearly defective. Every time I activate cellular service or try to make a phone call, the watch immediately shuts down and then cannot be powered on again.nnBecause of this issue, I have already sent the watch in for repair twice. This is now the third time. I want to say very clearly: no one is actually helping me, and no one seems to be doing their job. The so-called “Genius” staff only keep asking me to help them test this obviously broken watch. Across the first two visits, I spent a total of five hours doing tests, and the problem still has not been resolved.nnEach time, the staff simply ask me to run tests, then send the watch to a repair center. This is clearly a hardware failure, yet both previous “repairs” only involved a software update and basic software testing before the watch was sent back to me. They did not attempt to test the hardware issue, nor did they perform any actual repair. Naturally, the problem remained. This is why I believe they are not doing their jobs at all.nnI believe a customer’s responsibility is only to inform Apple that a device is defective and describe the problem—not to spend five hours helping Apple diagnose its own product. Even after I patiently cooperated for five hours, the issue remains unresolved, because the people handling the repair do not care about what happened previously.nnOverall, I am extremely disappointed with Apple. The staff at this location repeatedly leave me waiting for long periods of time. I can only assume this is intentional—perhaps they hope customers will lose patience, take their defective Apple products, and leave without causing further trouble.nnWell done, Apple.nnUpdate: The third repair finally resulted in a replacement watch. However, even for a simple pickup, I was left waiting 40 minutes before being assisted at here. I will not return to this location. If you are not spending money here, do not expect to be prioritized—service is clearly given to paying customers first.
I recently visited Markville Apple Store to purchase a new phone, and I had a fantastic experience! The service was really good and professional. The store specialist Labeeb was very helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you very much!
Consistently pathetic service. This was not just one bad day. I have been here many times and every single experience is worse than the last. This store is a complete disaster.nnThe Genius Bar is a total scam. They quote you a time and then take five times longer than promised. It is infuriating to see a store with more staff than customers while you are being completely neglected. Vik had absolutely no respect for my time and moved with zero urgency. I actually missed a dinner reservation because of the incompetence here.nnApple’s priorities are obvious. They roll out the red carpet to take your money for a new product, but the second you need support, they treat you like a burden. This location is disrespectful and useless. Avoid it at all costs.
I visited the Apple Store at Markville mall yesterday evening to help my mother with some issues she was experiencing with her older iPhone, including occasional glitches and Apple ID concerns. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Cindy, who was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. She clearly explained the steps needed to resolve the issues, which turned out to be quick and straightforward. I truly appreciated her patience and guidance, and I would like to thank her for providing such excellent customer service.
