Picked up something small here today, and met their staff Shaun and David. What initially was thought to be a quick in-and-out, turned out to be a very nice 30 min conversation. Shaun and David are very knowledgeable and respectful people. And throughout our conversations, I found them to be quite honest too. I was never pressured at all to buy anything, but when asked, told me the products they carry and how they can help. It was a pleasure meeting these folks, and I look forward to future business with Update TV & Stereo.
