Fortune Computers Markham

March 11th 2020, About a week ago I picked up my PC that I had in for repair at Fortune Computers. It took a while to get the job done but I am a patient sort and did it ever pay off. I was extremely surprised that the repair job exceeded my expectations and the price was even better than I thought for what needed to be done. I highly recommend this company and will continue to patronize their service until at which time I cannot. Bravo!!!

I drive a long way from Toronto to his store.3331 Markham Road and the owner is a very kind and helpful person. I have purchased several usb charging cables for my cell phone in the past and many of them were defective, even one that i had ordered from amazon did not work at all.He gave me a charging cable free of charge and honestly it's the best cable i have ever owned.I used to have to place my phone on an angle for it to charge properly and the one he gave me works absolutely perfect. He saved my day.He's currently looking at my laptop display issue but being Christmas i know he's a busy man.I highy recommend Fortune Computers.

Very bad experience!!! I went there because my tower kept turning off by itself...so I dropped it off so that they can do a diagnostic as to what the problem was. Diagnostic costs $10 whether you decide to fix it or not, that is their fee for finding out what the problem was. They said the problem was I had a burnt video card and need a new one and said it would cost along the lines of $300 dollars!!...I decided to pay the diagnostic and buy my own video card and install it myself. Then when i went to turn it on the computer shut off again!!. Furious, I went to another computer shop, their policy was diagnostic was free so what do I have to lose! Long story short they fixed the problem told me it had nothing to do with my hardware, and that the problem was just software. I asked them if they can check my old video card to see if it was fine. They said my OLD VIDEO CARD WAS FINE!!...the expert told me whoever told me the problem was my video card clearly didnt do a full diagnostic and does not know what they were doing!!! Worst scam artists ever!!....what if i did pay them to replace the video card and i go home and it still turns off! What a bunch of unqualified and unexperienced technicians at this place!! Never again!!

Went there to fix my laptop dropped it off and waited for a week. I come back to get my laptop, there was a scratch + dent on the corner of my laptop as for it was dropped. And they did not give me my charger back for it was it another location... WHY!!! Don't you guys keep your stuff from clients together? Or do you just drop it in a box and forget about it. Had to wait another week for them to get my charger back

Worst store to buy a cell phone. I bought an Samsung S4 and I was told it was a brand new phone. I was only given 90 day warranty and I suspected that it wasn't new. New phones will come with 1 year warranty. This was a refurbished phone with all non original parts. I had Samsung authorized store inspect my phone. Stay away from this scammers. Selling refurbished phones as new. No wonder it was so cheap.

Went there to purchase a new phone since they are an authorized dealer for mobilicity. The staff is not informed and could be described as 2nd class con artist and tried to over charge me for my phone. Quite honestly consider yourself fortunate if you do not visit fortune computers.

This place sells faulty electronics and will not provide a refund or exchange even after they admit that their device is not functional. I purchased a device for nearly $400 that crashed the very next day. They exchanged it once but it continued to have problems. When I took it back, they said sorry we can’t do anything. Please do not waste your time and money and go somewhere where they actually stand by their products.

Those people sell refurbished computers as new.at Kennedy rd location I had to take my $1000 computer sooo many times to their store for repair within one year, and one of the silly reason was that the employee is not working anymore with them, so I had to fight with them but no luck. My computer now is a price of scrap . Solo disappointed.

What a horrible place. Rude staff. No politeness with the customers. Bought a computer month ago and with in a week the hard drive was gone. They said they will fix it but they didn't. Went back again to fix it and they were asking about proof of purchase after I gave them they called me 4 days later and said they still haven't fix my computer and asking me again for the proof of purchase over the phone. OMG. What an idiotic place.

Got my computer repaired at Fortune Computers a year ago and never had a problem since. Great service! Also bought desktops with them and countinue to work with no problems.
