I'm usually happy with the service from this store but today not so much. The cashier charges me for 11 stones instead of 6 and could not process the credit. So I had to go to client service! What a sorry excuse for client service. The employee complained that he had to enter the code by hand 5x because there was no bar code then when it came time to process the credit, I wasn't fast enough to produce my debit card as per his comments. Totally unacceptable shopping experience. Home Depot should train their employees much better than this.

Top notch service from Jean in tiling 34 years experience, Raaf ? in tools, Johnathan at self-serve cash, and Norman and Melanie in customer service. They know how to treat a customer, be respectful, and make them feel valued. And just for that, I only shop elsewhere if HD doesn't have what I'm looking for.

I am totally not impressed with the delivery service. Also the excuses that I was given I will be at the store tomorrow morning either it is delivered tomorrow or I want my money back

They didn't have the fridge we wanted left. The lady had some difficulty finding other locations. It was faster on my phone than the system.
