This store or more precisely Annie Manager did not want to respect the wrong price error THEY MADE and respect consumer protection laws… she only wanted to make herself right and argued her point and held her ground I’ve been going here for years but I can say anything and she or this Canadian Tire wouldn’t care…. I will be bringing my business elsewhere and AMAZON will be the first place I look…. Bravo to Canadian Tire for pushing me away from buying local and buying online from China and wherever else !n***** AFTER BEING TOLD TO CONTACT CANADIAN TIRE HEAD OFFICE - THE SITUATION HAS BEEN CORRECTED AND GAINED MY SATISFACTION AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEVEL ******

Dont go here !nRead the reviews before purchasing here!nAbusive and aggressive behavior from the floor manager!nnAvoid this locationnWorst customer service experience ever today!nnI was in today to replace some broken tools for the garage i work at, all the tools were from the brand maximum and had the tag mention life time warranty, I was working this out with a young guy that didn't seem to have much experience, he decided to call his manager Christho.... for help and when the manager show up with out even inspecting the tools he said that the tools were not warranty because they had been use in a abusive manner! He didn't even pick up or inspect any of the tools. My french is limited and when I start talking in English to explain my point he has arrogant asking me to speak in French to him.... at this moment I kind of losted and I said you too you should learn some English to serve clients better, he losted and hit the counter with his closed fist right hand , he took all my tools and throw them into my bag, at that moment i said something about his managing skills and he menace me of calling the police! Great customer service eee!nnI don't recommend this place an apparently I am not the only one having issues replacing tools with the mentioned life time warranty!nSome tools I had today where 10 years old so if they were defective for abusive used they would of never lasted this amount of time !nnAnyway don't go to this location, they are better ones out there! After the fiasco with this French gentleman i went to a different Canadian tire where they replaced all the broken tools in a more professional manner and much faster!nnSad that this manager is not up to date on life time warrantys!nnI also believe that the mention life time warranty shouldn't be written and advertised if Canadian Tires like this one, don't honor warrantys! This is fake advertising !nnI been in Canada for 15 years and today is the first time a manager punches a counter in front of me! Not impressed by the quality of manager selected to represent a brand like Canadian aTire !

I ordered a window AC unit Noma from the site and I went to pick it up. I had recently a back surgery so I needed someone to help me as I can't bend. The person from Canadian Tire was AMAZING and put it himself in my car. The unit is 30 kg heavy and in a bulk boxnIt was an AC unit in clearance so I almost got it at half price. 320 $ with taxes for 12000 BTU. After it was installed it's working well. The outside temps weren't so high yet 26 so I'll see how it will work when we hit the summer temps. It was in clearance so I accepted that the cooling fins in the middle had a little area where the fins were hit but we rearranged them and , beside the look, it doesn't affect the functionality.

Liam at the cash register is the most helpful and kind worker I've ever came across, he was so helpful and made my day.

I recently purchased a Craftsman 160-piece socket kit, and unfortunately, one of the wrenches in the set is defective. The defect is quite obvious — the release button on the wrench is faulty compared to the others in the kit. Despite this being clear, the store manager refused to acknowledge the issue and declined to provide a replacement, insisting that “it works,” which is simply not true.nnThis experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I trusted Canadian Tire to stand behind the products it sells, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service I received have completely changed my opinion. After this experience, I will no longer be purchasing anything from Canadian Tire and will be sure to share my negative experience with others.nnI genuinely expected better from such a well-known Canadian brand.
