I just recently got my new phone and laptop here and both times I had amazing customer service!! Every single employee all the way from the geek squad, the sales associate's and the mangers were extremely helpful! Micheal in the Mobile phone section was able to answer every single one of my many questions! I highly recommend!! Well done all

Bought a 2k dollar laptop, the rog zephyrus, I only had 1 requirement, that they give me the model that has the rgb keyboard, the ones that can be changed and work with Amoury crate software. the guy who was assisting me assured me 3 different times that it was the right laptop I was looking for. Found out after the time frame for returns that the white back-lit keyboards don't have any option for colors or designs with lighting. Spent quite a while trying to figure it out thinking I was doing something wrong. I highly recommend not using this best buy, as I've also had issues with there "geek squad/repair department" in the past. sure, they fix the issue you brought it in for, but then you have several more, as well as changed out parts without my knowledge. shady at best, 0 stars.
I ordered a power supply PSU online, It arrived faster than any other component. It was missing some parts not best buys fault and I was able to go to the store and exchange it. 5/5 customer service
Amazing store, amazing staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable, Mike was amazing and friendly and made the experience great, everyone at customer service were amazing and Bruce was hilarious! Will definitely recommend to anyone for electronic needs!
Absolutely ridiculous that you do not have a phone in policy. Simply having an automotive message tell you to go online and look is useless. Can’t believe a professional company such as BestBuy does not have a phone in policy.
This is the worst place on the planet. Do not step foot into this bestbuy unless you want to lose an order you placed. i finally "got" a ps5 until they cancelled my order when they stated that they will keep it on hold for 5 days... when i called the guy basically told me "tough luck bud" so i guess time to wait another year and a half for a ps5... thx best buy... i wish i could give them 0 stars.
Bought S22 ultra 2 months ago. It’s started glitching right away and camera reacting slow and screen goes black and says camera fail. Came for return and they don’t accept and told me to deal with Samsung. I purchase the phone from your store I don’t have to deal with your supplier. Customer service was rude.
If anyone is looking for a tv, Nathan is your guy! He made my experience amazing, he got me into the perfect tv! 100% recommend talking to Nathan at best Buy Kelowna!
Great place and excellent service. Have reserved an Alienware Pc online here before. Also a nice place to look at what bluetooth headphones are out. Cool place to stop at the mall.
