I have been dealing with this company for the last 15 years (it was under another name previously). The care taken and the expertise provided has always been impressive and your never feel they are taking advantage of your computer issues by charging you any more than is totally fair. I highly recommend them.

wow they are so kind! my computer was completely fried and they tried every possible method to fix it. They were so patient AND they explained my computer troubles to me in a way that I could understand as I know nothing about computers. also, so affordable. I'm happy.

My experience with this company and staff was truly outstanding... I bumped my laptop off the coffee table damaging the hard drive. 

Zane was able to replace the damaged hard drive with a new one. He then transferred as much stored data as he could from the damaged hard drive to the new hard drive. 

The customer service, pricing and product knowledge was remarkable... 

I did learn a valuable lesson… Back up all your important files to an external hard drive on a window based computer.
