Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre

Very pleasant 4 night stay. Helpful staff from reception to cleaners to waiting staff. Lovely spacious room very clean and lovely and warm - adjustable heating if needed. Wonderful double shower - very warm and powerful. On site parking. Great location for access to town and local attractions. Walking distance to all bars and restaurants in town. Would definitely return.

Came here after a long 8 hour drive. The customer service is wonderful. pay the extra for parking it's worth it. The bedroom is so clean and comfy. Housekeeping even made a fort for my daughter. Stayed in room 223 and the room has 2 queen beds

I've been going to conferences and conventions for over twenty years - this place is the best. Large rooms, fantastic service and accommodating staff give it 5 stars for me. Will definitely be back next year.

We stayed at Banff Park Lodge for one day on our way to Lake Louise to celebrate our one year anniversary. The staff here are amazing...courteous, friendly, and thoughtful. The views are just as amazing as the staff. When checking in we told the front desk person (her name was Samantha) that we were celebrating our anniversary. Later that day, we had a surprise delivered to our room. It was a complimentary bottle of Tempranillo wine (my favorite) and a hand written card from Samantha! We loved Banff and will be back soon to visit again, and when we do, we will be staying at Banff Park Lodge!

Came for a conference. The food was awesome. The staff is great, very helpful and nice. The rooms are cozy and great views. I recommend it.
