Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre

I really like the experience here in this hotel. However the construction work did mood me out when my room was on the 3rd floor and I had to go via basement.nnThe front desk staff here made sure we are addressed well so they have given us free unlimited breakfast that’s between 7am-11am.nThe breakfast menu had eggs, pancakes, muffin, eggs, free coffee tea or apple orange juice bottled ones.nnThe view is great from this breakfast placennThe rooms are decently good with clean towels and very clean bedsheets and bed. It also smells nice here.

We've been coming here since 2018 or 2019, and every time has been great! This was our first visit since their renovations have been going on. We stayed in the cascade side of the hotel on the third floor, only accessed through stairwell. When we arrived there was staff able to help us carry our luggage to the room, free parking, food vouchers and more for the inconvenience of the renovation. Staff are always so welcoming and kind. We love staying here! Location is also great, awesome walking trails behind the hotel and the view from the rooms are great! We got to stay in a new room and it smelled great when we walked in. Very clean and modern! Would highly recommend.

Excellent Hotel, everything was perfect!nThe food is good, the staff are super kind and help resolve any issues or help with travel questions.nThe pool is great and the rooms are super comfortable with plenty of space, would 100% come back for everything!nOur room had a direct door to the street and we could go in and out super easy which made it awesome whenever it snowed! I definitely recommend this place if you're staying in Banffnni just didn't particularly love the eggs but that might just be me lol

Great Stay with Excellent Accommodations!nnThis is an edited review. Our experience at this hotel turned out to be wonderful! While there was initially some miscommunication regarding our agreed-upon breakfast and parking, the staff ultimately made things right, and we truly appreciate their efforts.nnThe hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Once the issue was addressed, everything went smoothly, and we were able to fully enjoy our time there. It’s always nice to see a hotel prioritize guest satisfaction, and we’re grateful they took the time to resolve things properly.nnOverall, we would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you to the team for ensuring a positive experience in the end!

Great place to stay. The staff were above and beyond accommodating for any need you had. If you didn’t have to, you wouldn’t need to leave the hotel but of course you do because it’s Banff the pool area was really enjoyable. The pool deck and stairs could use some cleaning. The sauna was the best, and the eucalyptus was a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was lacking, watery eggs and the food was mediocre. However, the dinner at Crave was pretty good. Drinks at the lounge were also enjoyable, great place to relax and watch the game. Parking is paid, and if you can fit underground that’s awesome. BUT if you don’t, the parking behind the hotel is very limited. So I don’t know what someone does if they’ve paid for their permit and cannot park behind the hotel? I will stay here again and again!
