Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre

We had a great stay at this hotel! We booked the jetted tub room and absolutely loved it. While there were still a few areas being renovated, we barely heard any construction noise from our room, which was really nice. Our room itself was fully renovated and looked fantastic — very modern, clean, and beautifully done.nnThe service was excellent as well. We requested extra towels and some help operating the electric fireplace display via WhatsApp, and someone came up right away to assist us. Everything was very clean and neat throughout our stay.nnWe can’t wait to see the hotel once all the renovations are fully complete. We’ll definitely be visiting again in the future

Came here for a week with my husband for vacation and sightseeing. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. We had a Jacuzzi Deluxe room and really enjoyed it. We had no issues, staff were very friendly and eager to give suggestions. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place for a decent price.

The hotel room is very new and clean, and the overall environment is comfortable.nnHowever, when I asked the front desk how many EV chargers were available, I was told there were three. I walked around multiple times but could only find two. It seemed the staff were not familiar with the hotel’s EV charging setup, which caused me to keep going back and forth trying to locate the third one.nnAlso, my room did not have body wash or shampoo. I’m not sure if they were accidentally missed or if guests need to request them from the front desk.nnOn a positive note, the breakfast staff were very friendly and provided good service.

I stayed there recently for 10 nights. The location is perfect: a short walk to the shops, just across the street from the ski shuttles stop. The room in a renovated wing was spacious, clean and equipped with recent amenities. Pool, hot pool and steam room were great additions. I had a wonderful stay, thanks!

Close to the down town. I booked this lodge for a ski vacation. You couldn't ask for anything better. They have a room for your skies and the shuttle picks up and drops off right in front of the lodge. After skiing the hot tub,steam room and pool are very clean and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.
